I am also having an issue, but no recent plugin has been added, and no updates were applied except the latest wordpress update. I am the server and site admin. I was working on it last night with no issues. My composer window loads fine, I can navigate through the composer sidebar fine, but selecting a differenet category to populate yields no results in the page menu. Even still, changes do not save. The circle keeps turning and tunring.
Our server uses is hosted on Godaddy, but we use DNS on Cloudlfare, which also has some caching of certain files and a firewall. But that was already in place before the problem occurred.

Hello
@Spano, Please let us know also, the version theme. Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache and check if the problem persists.
@tgarmon032071 please check this topic if the changes are not saved -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/video-ids-nor-working-in-youtube-playlist/ if those are not saved -> https://i.imgur.com/XgsnDel.png
Thank you!
We had the same issue a few weeks ago and after trying everything under the sun to troubleshoot it, we ended up just doing a complete site restore from a server backup. That brought it back to life, but now are reluctant to do any updates at all.
This might be the final straw for us with tagdiv. This theme has been nothing but one issue after another for us and has cost a ridiculous amount to deal with these problems. I’ve come to the conclusion that the TD Composer is just not a stable page builder.
Now our mobile menu stopped working.
I wish we didn’t use it, but it seemed like a good decision at the time. I’ll be redeveloping our Newspaper sites with Elementor Pro as soon as time allows.
Good luck.
I discoverd a conflict with profile press. once that was disabled, it worked for me.
Hi tgarmon032071, we are glad that you managed the situation!
Hi WalnutHillDesign, we are sorry the problems that you are facing, maybe not all of them are caused by the theme, if you agree, we can take a look at it, just let us know! Also, if you have the possibility to set the website on staging or subdomain, then we can inspect the problem without affecting the live website.
Hi Spano, if the problem is persisting, please contact us vi email and please provide wp-admin and cPanel access. Also, make sure that you have a full backup for your website. We’ll check and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I think that the problem was resolved today, I thing that was something related to the theme requirements -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
