When SHOW AUTHOR NAME is active, the name of the author who wrote the post appears in posts.
When SHOW AUTHOR NAME is disabled, the name of the author who wrote the post will not be displayed in the post.

Could there be different setting for the post author and the page author? If an author has written both a page and a post, will it work for both?
I haven’t uploaded anything to the cloud template so far. If I select import does it import all the template content and setting or only the template setting?

You can display also the pages with a flex block: https://prnt.sc/VZ2q_GWxZQtk and use the filter ID to show only the ones you need and the author is appearing there if it’s not hidden.
The design of your templates can be imported from the Cloud Templates. When you install a demo, you can choose with content or not.
