Bought theme. Downloads on the site. Does not work. Does not ask for a key. What to do?
Upload the theme files from the zip archive via ftp; or if installing zip file use only the theme file, not the larger “all files” .. as that won’t work. You don’t need to put in serial number until it asks for it in couple of days of use. Not needed for setup of theme, which you activate just like any theme in WordPress from the appearance > themes panel.

If you have this issue – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-activation/#post-44037 please try to replace (overwrite it) the td_panel_categories.php file – http://screencast.com/t/rnRNRNL1Ri with the one provided in the following link – https://www.dropbox.com/s/tegdpkwb43z9air/td_panel_categories.zip?dl=0
If you don’t have this issue please provide more details, a screenshot will help.
The activation warning message appears a few days after you installed the theme, mean while you can also use the theme. When you will be asked for activation please follow this guides:
