I just checked and I saw you have errors in the console related to ads -> https://i.imgur.com/FZTUrbt.png
Also if you made a new google account and those are new AdSense ads, then it can take up to a few days until the ads will be approved.
Also, please let me know in what section you add the code in Theme Panel.

My Ads was already approved and you can see in some parts on my website ads is showing but not on every parts….

You need to set the ads in Single Post Template from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can set top ad, 3 inline ads set after x paragraphs and bottom ad, please check this article -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/ and video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biTpVVlr8j8
Please try to set the code in the Ad box in the tab for Custom code and see if the problem persists.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it

But if this is the main issue why it is affecting only header ads else every ads are working properly
