Please check your .htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/MJ78SDZr4Gl -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
