Good morning, it has been a few weeks that the home page of my site, from desktop and from smartphone, is not displaying in correct motion and with the template set up.
This problem did not happen before.
The home page of the site should be seen like this:

Instead, the home page keeps changing and is displayed from desktop like this:

Also like this:

It can’t seem to update properly anymore.
From mobile I have the same problem. The home page doesn’t display with the mobile structure I made.
What is the reason for this problem? Can this be fixed?

Once that you are logged in the website, the problem persists? If the problem is gone, then you need to check the settings from the cache plugin, also from CDN (if you are using).
Also, check if you use object cache.

Whether with site access or without access, the problem remains. I also emptied the chace completely, with no positive result.

Good morning, being an online magazine doing a back up would really take too much time. However, the problem persists. Especially for desktop view.
The mobile view on the other hand sometimes shows correctly and other times incorrectly.

For the mobile version do you use a mobile page template? or you use the responsive version? or maybe for some pages you are using the mobile page template and for cloud templates you are using the responsive version?

On the homepage, the mobile theme is not disabled. The problem pops up from time to time. The mobile version of the theme I built is not always displayed.
I see. From what you say, this is happening to do to the cache plugin. The cache plugin you have has mobile cache support? If yes, please be sure that is enabled.
