Same issue. I’ve tried manually updating and uploading the plugins.

I have the latest versions of the theme and the plugins so the issue isn’t there.
Hi shirohae,
Please try the following steps:
Please go to appearance > themes and set a default theme from WordPress, after that set back the Newspaper theme.
Delete the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, you may need cPanel or FTP access to do this.
If you have tried these steps and the problem still persists, please contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access. Include the link of this topic to identify you. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
The problem persists. I’ve attached screenshot. How can I give you access since I work offline ?

Hi,
Normally when an ajax error appears it is due to something that is blocking the theme, most of the time the error appears in the browser console.
As for providing access what you can do is set the website on staging and provide access to it via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
I am also facing the same error as soon as I enable “tagDiv Cloud Library Plugin”
fyi,
My all plugins are up to date.

There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
Hello,
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access and credentials; also, cPanel access.
Thank you!
Same issue. With tagdiv composer enabled I can’t access my site at all. I get the error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” from WordPress.
Theme always breaks when WordPress updates, so I’m assuming I just need to update it like always, but it’s not even giving the option.
I don’t know anything about coding and programming and stuff like that so other than just doing it in the theme, I don’t know how else to update it. I’m at a loss here.
Had to get the dude who helps me with this complicated website management stuff to deactivate tagdiv composer (no clue how he did it) so I can actually log in and get to the back end of the site. Couldn’t do that either. Couldn’t reach the site at all the tagdiv composer activated. When we tried to update it I got an ajax error message. So the dude just deactivated again and told me to update it manually. Expect I don’t know how to do that.

Thank you!
I was able to fix issue with custom theme name by adding MyCustomThemeName
static $theme_versions = array (
'Newspaper' => '8.7.5',
'Newsmag' => '4.4',
'MyCustomThemeName' => '8.7.5',
);
in file wp-content\plugins\td-cloud-library\tdb_version_check.php and the issue was gone.
