But now that I think about it, and forgeting about importing a contact form like the one I tried, could I use the Tagdiv Opt-in plugin (instead of WPForms or Contact Form 7) to create the form from scratch? After all, its a simple task.
Or Tagdiv recommends we use those plugins at least for now instead of its own?

Sorry, but now I doubt if to use those custom fields it is necessary to install also the ACF plugin or if all the functionality is already included in the Opt-in plugin and/or in the Composer plugin.

Yes, you need to instal the ACF plugin if you want to create a form like that. There are some implementations related to the plans, but not for the contact form.
