Tagdiv composer not working for Woocommerce pages

I’m building a new site and have been successfully using Tagdiv composer to build pages.

However I’ve installed Woocommerce and when setting up the Product and Shop pages the Tagdiv composer loads as it should but none of the edits I make in the settings on the left side of the screen are applied on the page.

When I save the page it loses any edits I have made.

I have the Tagdiv Shop, Tagdiv composer and Woocommerce plugins installed an active.

I’ve tried loading different cloud templates but can’t edit any of them?

I started building a new Shop page from scratch and it worked for the first couple of elements I added to the page then stopped working.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hello @pixus !

When you save the changes in the tagdiv composer, it won’t save?
We have a guide with some tips on why our Composer is not working properly; please check it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Thanks for the quick response Bettina,

I deactivated all of the non-essential plugins just leaving the TagDiv & Woocommerce active and also cleared the cache in Chrome and it’s now working!

So I’m not sure what did it but I’m back in business.

Will let you know if anything changes.

Cheers
Steve
