We are using Newspaper 12 theme with GOSSIP PRO template. When we activate in the panel of the theme “single template” and “theme template” to customize the display and the sidebar by categories, it does not enable the edit button. Can you help us?

If you want to have a different sidebar for each category, you simply duplicate the template and design or assign the sidebar -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-different-sidebare-for-different-posts-with-the-same-category/

Create the sidebars I know. The problem is that when we change the template according to the image it doesn’t enable the button to EDIT the page, so I can’t customize the sidebar by CATEGORIES.

If we change to category and use the non-default settings, it does not ENABLE the option to edit the page by category! The button does not appear if we change it.

You need to have in the backend, like this https://i.imgur.com/retQK8E.png, a template to edit with with tagdiv Composer. Also, please make sure it is set to global -> https://i.imgur.com/h1GhMUM.png
