Hello All,
I’m having a hard time figuring out how to change the popular posts at the bottom of my newspaper theme. Can you help me find a way to keep them updated?

Hello,
That is because you are using a predefined standard footer style, these can not be edit only to add new elements, if you want to set/change the footer elements choose an empty footer and set in Appearance>>Widgets>>Footer1/Footer2/Footer3 the elements you want to display. An alternative is to use a cloud footer and you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer.
