I have tried to activate filtering in a section of the most read news of the last 7 days. But when I do it it doesn’t show me any news. What do I need to activate?

Hello, I activated the parameter that you indicated 15 days ago, and at first I thought that I should wait a week to see results, but more has passed and when the filter is activated it still does not show me results

It should display the posts that have been popular in the last 7 days, ordered by page views.
Make sure the block has no offset: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/
