This is happening on one of my websites https://centreline.com.pk that the site times out and if I just disable td-cloud-library plugin, site comes up instantly. Weird this is that if i enable the plugin again from file manager, it works fine until next time out occurrence. All memory related limits are as per the recommendation.
Moreover, I am unable identify the root cause from the logs as nothing is being logged when this happens.

I guess, you did not understand my point here. The issue is website does not work at all and returns Time out error.
I have tried increasing the values of the recommended PHP/Apache configuration but still the error is showing up.
Below is the log after which the site stops working.
