Dear TagDiv Composer Support Team,
I am experiencing critical issues with the mobile view of my website and template management in TagDiv Composer. Below are the details:
Mobile View Issue: When I activate the Theme Mobile plugin, only the latest post is displayed, both on mobile and desktop versions, instead of the design I created. The only thing visible is that single post. If I deactivate the plugin on the desktop version, the design appears correctly, but on the mobile version, it still only shows the latest post and does not reflect the full mobile design I created.
Template Issue: Additionally, I had created the mobile version of all my category templates, but I deleted them before removing the Theme Mobile plugin to see if that was the problem. Now, I can’t access the templates; the option to use them doesn’t show up, which prevents me from creating or editing the mobile version. To check, I reinstalled the Theme Mobile plugin, but as mentioned in point 1, it only shows one post and doesn’t let me access the menu or anything, so I am unable to create anything or make progress.
Urgency: The launch date for my website is set for January 15th, and I need an urgent solution. The desktop version is nearly ready, but the mobile version still does not reflect the design I created. I’ve tried everything I can think of, and nothing seems to be working.
Could you please help me with these issues as soon as possible? The launch date is quickly approaching, and I need everything to be ready on both devices.
Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt response.
Kind regards
I wanted to update you on the issues I was facing earlier and clarify the current situation.
Entry Display Issue: I have resolved the issue with the single entry being displayed. It turned out that I wasn’t seeing the next post because the “static page” setting was disabled in the Appearance/Customize section. Once I re-enabled the static page option, everything started displaying properly. However, I am still facing issues with mobile visibility.
Mobile Display Issue: I need the mobile version to display exactly as it appears when I use the “mobile view” option in TagDiv Composer on desktop. Essentially, I want the mobile version to reflect the same design I created on the desktop. Currently, this is not happening.
Footer Display Issue: I am still facing issues with the footer. It does not appear correctly on the mobile version. In the desktop version, I have set up a three-column footer, but it doesn’t display as expected on mobile.
Instagram Connection: I’m also having trouble linking Instagram to my website. It redirects to Facebook, and I am unable to connect Instagram. I need to link Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. YouTube and TikTok connections can wait for now since they are not updated, but I would like to fix the main social media platforms as soon as possible.
Could you please guide me on how to fix these mobile display issues and the social media connection problems? I would greatly appreciate your prompt response as my website is launching soon.
Thank you for your help, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards

Dear TagDiv Composer Support Team,
I would like to provide you with an updated summary of the issues I’m currently facing. I apologize for the multiple messages I’ve sent earlier and any confusion they may have caused. Unfortunately, I’m unable to delete those messages. Here’s the current status:
Mobile View Issues:
I have successfully recreated mobile templates for all categories and deactivated the Theme Mobile plugin.
The body of the website now displays correctly on mobile. However, the footer and header still have problems:
I can’t figure out how to adapt the footer for mobile view.
Regarding the header, I’m unsure if I need to recreate it specifically for mobile. If that’s the case, I’d appreciate guidance because I’ve tried and haven’t been successful.
Social Media Connections:
I’m struggling to link social media accounts, particularly Instagram. It redirects me to Facebook, and I can’t connect Instagram.
I’d like to link the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Could you provide instructions on how to resolve this?
Calendar Issue:
I’ve created a calendar page using shortcodes with the Events Manager plugin. It displays perfectly on desktop but does not appear on mobile. I understand this may be outside your scope, but any advice would be appreciated.
Post Appearance:
I have 108 posts already created, and I’d like to redesign their appearance to make them more visually appealing. Is there a way to bulk-apply a new design to all of them?
Content Entry While Traveling:
On January 17 and 18, I’ll be covering events from the street using an Android tablet or iPhone. I need to create and publish two or three posts during that time. Could you recommend the best workflow for adding content using mobile devices?
I truly appreciate your help, as I’m aiming to launch the website on January 15 or 16, and these issues are critical to resolve before then.
Thank you so much for your time and support.
Best regards
Hi,
I am also using the Newspaper theme and was facing the same issue.
I contacted the support team and gave them access to my website by creating a user for tagdiv. They helped.
So, I would suggest that send them an email with user login credentials rather than having them ask for it. Save precious time.
Best wishes for the launch of your product.
Thank you so much for your help and guidance!
Hi,
I just wanted to sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your experience and provide such valuable advice. It has been incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciate it.
Now, following your recommendation, I’d like to get in touch with TagDiv support so they can take a look at the issue with the calendar. Could you please let me know the exact steps to provide them with access to my site? I don’t want to waste any time and want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.
I am really grateful for your support. Thank you again for your generosity in sharing your experience!
Best regards
Hello,
From what I see, these aren’t really issues but rather misunderstandings about how the theme works. After you disabled the tagDiv mobile theme and created a mobile page, there’s still an issue with the header and footer. This problem occurs because you need to convert the header and footer templates https://app.screencast.com/1a8poIVHKXlsn However, I would like to know if you want to display different content on mobile and use the mobile page. If you don’t want different content, you can simply unassign the mobile page.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
To display the number of followers, you need to use Instagram as a “Business” or “Creator” page, in this way those Instagram pages will be administered by a Facebook account (this is how Facebook API is working).
Also, when you log in with your Facebook account you must approve access to the pages you manage in order to be able to get your followers number
Here are some guides that can help you -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ -> https://www.facebook.com/business/help/502981923235522 -> https://www.facebook.com/business/help/345675946300334?id=419087378825961
For YouTube, you need to set the YouTube API key, also you can set more YouTube Channels by simply adding more social counter elements and set in them the new YouTube Channel.
Regarding the calendar, it’s likely that when you created the mobile page, it wasn’t included on the page. In that case, you need to add it to the page using the “Column text” element on the mobile page.
Yes, you can apply a single design for all posts. You create a single post template as you like, and then you can apply it globally -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
If you want, you can schedule the posts/events -> https://wordpress.com/support/schedule-a-post-or-page/
Thank you!
Hi,
I created a user on my website with support id of TagDiv (contact@tagdiv.com).
Then, I shared the login credentials on the same email with them along with a reference to my concern.
But, as I already had someone (Bettina) helping me on my issue so I marked it for her in the subject line.
Hope this helps.
Thanks…
Thank You for Your Guidance
Hi, Ana María and Ritughai,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your insights and suggestions. I really appreciate your help and encouragement as I navigate these challenges with my website.
Based on your advice, I have decided to contact the TagDiv support team directly to address the issues I’m facing. I will share my concerns with them and hope to resolve the remaining challenges soon.
Once again, thank you for your support and kind words. It means a lot to me as I work towards improving my site.
Best regards
Hello Ana María,
I have reviewed your previous response. Currently, I have the Mobile Theme disabled, but my question is that I am not sure which of the other two options I am using. I have created the mobile versions of the templates for each category, but I am editing from this section: https://app.screencast.com/hCF7hvLOgj7h6
The issue I’m facing is that I can’t find this option to convert templates: https://app.screencast.com/1a8poIVHKXlsn. I’ve been looking for it since I tried to make both the header and footer display correctly on mobile, but I haven’t been able to find or resolve it.
Regarding scheduling events, I believe I didn’t explain myself properly. My issue is not related to the scheduling of event posts. I have created a calendar page to show events to my readers with as much information as possible, as this is something they specifically requested. I created this page using shortcodes. It looks perfect on desktop, but on mobile, the calendar doesn’t display properly—it shows the events and a map I added, but the calendar itself is missing. This calendar is a very important feature on my website, and I’m not sure if it falls within your area of responsibility, but I would really appreciate any guidance on how to fix it.
Additionally, there is a blank space full of columns at the bottom of the homepage that I can’t remove.
Finally, I wanted to ask for advice on how to upload posts from mobile devices, whether it’s a tablet or an iPhone, over the weekend. I can’t schedule these posts because my role is to report on events as they happen, and I won’t have access to a computer during those days.
I greatly appreciate your help and look forward to your response.
Best regards
I’m following up on my previous message and would like to provide a couple of screenshots to help clarify my points further.

Hello,
Please check the topic where I explain each mobile version. You edited the responsive version, not a mobile page, so please unassign them -> https://i.imgur.com/iZPkbtI.png. I think that the calendar is not showing because maybe you didn’t add it to the mobile page; that is why you need to unassign the mobile page.
You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns. You can change the layout of rows.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> https://i.imgur.com/JodWvlW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/e6bb8U5.png or using the drag and drop or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG The same steps are to delete the elements.
Using the phone will make it harder to create a post, but you can do it just like you do on the computer. However, there will be a mobile version.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you very much for your reply. I have reviewed the information, but I still have some doubts that I would appreciate your help with:
Mobile Templates and Desktop Version:
When I delete the mobile templates, I encounter an issue where if I try to modify anything in the mobile view, it also changes the desktop version. After reassigning the templates (as shown in the screenshot I’m attaching), I am able to make adjustments for mobile responsiveness. Could you clarify how I can modify the mobile version independently without affecting the desktop version?
Editing the Footer in the Mobile Version:
I designed the footer, but when I try to edit it using the mobile view on the desktop, the changes affect both the mobile and desktop versions, which is causing issues. For example, I had to remove a column for it to look right in the mobile view, but this change also affected the desktop version. However, when I access the site from my mobile device, I don’t see the footer I edited; instead, I see a default footer that I did not create. Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to ensure the footer I edit is displayed correctly on both the desktop and mobile versions?
Mobile Version Selection:
I would like advice on which mobile version I should use for my site. Specifically, I want the header to appear on all pages and categories, and I need to know how to configure the menus correctly. I feel that the navigation on my site is not as intuitive as it should be. Could you help me with this setup?
Calendar Page Setup:
I have attached a screenshot of how I have assigned the mobile version of my calendar page. Could you take a look at it and let me know if there’s something I’m missing, or if you have any suggestions for improving it?
I really appreciate all your help so far, but I’m still missing some key details to fully solve these issues. It might be a language barrier, or I may not be explaining myself clearly enough, but I would be grateful for more guidance on how to resolve these challenges.
Thank you once again for your support.

Hello,
Yes, this is how the mobile responsive version works. Yes, in your case, you should use a mobile page if you want to have a different design or order of the blocks.
I would like to take a look. Can you please email us at contact@tagdiv.com with the wp-admin and cPanel access and include the link to the topic in the email?
Thank you!
Hi Ana María,
Just to let you know, I have sent you an email with the requested details, including the user and password. Please feel free to check it out when you can.
Thank you again for your help!
