issues turning off mobile theme and running fully responsive

Hello,
I’m trying to run responsive, no mobile theme, no amp. I’m facing an peculiar issue where the theme displays fine on the home page but doesn’t display properly on any posts or pages.

1. When mobile theme plugin disabled, posts show h1 text in place of graphic logo, and footer doesn’t display or displays oddly because I’m seeing @newspaper wordpress theme by tagdiv on the footer.

If I try to edit this footer it tells me you cannot edit this type of footer.

I’ve cleared cache a bazillion times, What could this be?

Hi,

If the footer displays a text that can not be edited (when you hover it), then you are using a standard header, not a cloud header/footer, and it can be edited using the theme panel settings. In case you want to edit it with the theme builder, use cloud templates.

Thank you!

TY for getting back. Yes I understand that a cloud footer can be used but that does not seem to solve this problem. If i try to edit it with theme builder it gives me an error.

I have disabled both mobile and amp but the regular theme, in responsive mode does not seem to display properly on mobile. How do I solve this?

Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots of the settings for the header and footer in the theme panel?
Thank you!

Hello,
Is there any update on this?

Hi,
Please check it via email.
The situation was that you made some mobile templates, but the header and footer for the mobile templates weren’t converted.
Thank you!
