Tagdiv people are fooling us.
They said it’s 6-month Support and it’s almost a week and they aren’t even replying I think the whole 6 months will pass this way.
If you can’t give support why did you create this forum and you should have neither created this theme also if you can’t support.
Bro. Have you read documentation?
Newspaper and Newsmag are the most fastest and powerfull wordpress themes 😛 first of all you need to read documentation if you do every step for setup your theme you will has a fastest site like everyone 😛
Another thing, you need to provide more information about your problems. What this are you doing and what not do?
Bro i have everything exactly as it was written in documentation but still its taking too much time to load and i am on best Server with 10GB Ram, SSD HDD, etc. but still its the same problem
6 month support was set by Envato/ThemeForest not the theme devs.
Also, they are closed weekends, as noted top right of forum.
For support, you need to be specific, and include link to a post/page showing example of problem and/or screenshot — this helps the support team, as well as some of us who use the theme daily (in my case over 2 years with TagDiv themes).
Note theme support doesn’t include basic WordPress self-education. Optimizing your site, server, images, caching, time to live (TTL), etc., are all functions of any WP install. Themes are “skins” on top of that. And, the more complex a theme/page you setup the more resources it takes. A page with 20 images and 20 dbase queries uses 40x the resources of a page with one image, and no “related posts” and other stuff.
There is a decade worth of help online on how to optimize the speed of your site for WordPress you may find useful doing Google searches, also.
TagDiv support does a great job providing support; however, they also get a little behind when there are too many queries like “how do I upload a photo” that can be found from the normal WordPress docs.
TagDiv are awesome because they DO try to help people with the newbie stuff that most other support folks won’t bother with and just point you at the RTFM docs at WordPress.org (the “codex”).
If you can be very specific about your issue and what you did to try to mitigate it, they are very happy to help — which is truly remarkable these days.
Wasn’t putting you down, just some feedback to your feedback. 🙂
ing Geek when i set this theme my users face issue so should i install it on other domain?
I am sorry you feel this way Sharozdawa, we do try to help out as much as we can but unfortunately we are a small team and the support was overwhelming these paste 3 days. Now it is lighter and we can answer faster. We already replied your other topic yesterday. Please consider the time zone as well. We are in GMT+2 here. I think the support of our users confirms we do not try to fool people.
Thank you for your understanding!
Sir sorry for whatever wrong I said.
I said all this because I was frustrated and helpless so I am back to my old theme now 🙁
You don’t know how excited I was to buy this theme, I somehow managed money but, I am still not able to use it.
Hello,
This is why the support team is here, to help out with problems. Please post the problems you have with our theme so we can help out.
You can create a sub-domain and use the theme on a testing site to see how you can apply it before you replace your website and current theme.
You can follow this topic to see how it can be done: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/creating-a-staging-or-test-site. Then you can play with the settings and options without affecting your website.
Thank you.
Sir, I have installed theme on UPSCToday.com it is my other site and have got few visitors so I can test on that.
Can u tell me what should i do next?
First of all you need to fix all your site issues. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=UPSCToday.com
-On newspaper theme panel go to blocks and select what blocks will you use in your site design.
-Go to plugins and install force and regenerate thumbnails. Activate plugin and run it. (may can take a while, depending your images quantity ).
-Before finish you have now all your images cropped correctly.
-install some cache plugin like wp cache, config an run it.
-Install and activate Tagdiv booster and.
Now your site it’s fast like a bullet.
Note: you site upsctoday has a lot of Js an Css files on every loading charge, you need to read documentation to setup tag div speed booster and send all these files to the footer in order to set your site blazing fast
Sir you are great i appreciate

PageSpeed
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.upsctoday.com%2F
Google Page Speed show you / make recomendations to get better web site experience. Like your problem now
Optimize CSS Delivery of the following: You should move to footer CSS related to your plugins wysija-newsletters, contextual-related-postsm, Easy table, and add to any, because they are blocking your site render speed.
You should move to footer wp-spamshield too.
Web Site Speed is how faster your site its loading for everyone.

Reduce server response time
You can check waterfall/timeline and see how your server is responding slowly. I check your source code and i cant find eneabled some cache plugin, Do you installed?
Only your server its making 4 seconds initial waiting time to start loading site resources. This cloud be dropped to 0.2 seconds if you activate Wp-cache or Zen Cache (free plugins)
Just follow this tutorial https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Note: you need to install cache plugin, it’s very important because your servers doesn’t working like a charm. Or optimize your server response times.
Tag div recommends we cache. It’s a free solution. I recommend you wp rocket, has a cost but it’s a magazine cache plugin and includes options like send files to footer.
Ok I will do all this and will reply u shortly
Thanks for quick response
Can I know your website URL?
Ok no problem sir but i cant buy WP Rocket now so any free plugin for that?
Sir anything else I can do to move javascript and CSS to the footer?
Hello,
For a cache plugin we recommend WP Super Cache. It’s free of charge.
As for css and js , you can use the tagdiv speedbooster plugin. Just install it from the plugins area->add new and select it from the plugins folder that comes with the theme. The speedbooster app has a plugin compatibility list and if it finds plugins that are not on that particular list it will shut down. It has a workaround however if you want it to work with all plugins. Follow this topic to see how it can be done:https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-do-i-increase-my-site-loading-time/
As a tip for a visual impact on website speed you can also disable this option for images: http://screencast.com/t/5YjsLqcwJl
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Sir, i have done everything exactly you said but still I get Grade E and F while checking on GTMetrix and even bad score on PageSpeed Insights so how can i improve it?
Chris, I have tried almost everything but nothing worked for me
