The loading speed for my site is slow. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately to make a website run faster you will need to have at least basic knowledge not necessarily ‘tech savvy’
You will need to follow this tutorial on page speed:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ Gzip compression needs to be active and also read about how you can compress the images. I suggest to get someone to help you if you cannot manage.
Also please make sure that Speed Booster is active, check System Status for this – http://screencast.com/t/LDPniI0Qpv The plugin is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you have others active it will be automatically disabled.

I am trying to check if I have speedbooster active. I, manually, have not done anything so I doubt it but I don’t the information you provided in http://screencast.com/t/LDPniI0Qpv
in my theme status panel. I am using newspaper theme V 6.6.3
Speedbooster is a plugin included with theme, and found in the /plugins/ folder from your download of theme zip from themeforest. The plugin must be installed then activated like any plugin.
