Since I upgraded my theme, visual composer doesn’t work very well. it’s not possible to customize some blocks. All elements are mixed and confused.

Please make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Also make sure that you updated the Visual Composer plugin from the same path with the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide a link so we can inspect it closer.

I upgraded the theme and the plugin via wordpress, one way you recommend.I tried to disable all other plugins and nothing change.
