Users can interact with the website according to their role capabilities

Each user has it’s predefined capabilities, for example authors can log into the website and create posts, also assign the categories and tags needed for the post. Pages can be created by editor level users and above.

The posts will be displayed in blocks, grids etc. Each page can contain the post displaying elements that you want, filtered and sorted as you want

You can create as many pages as needed, each displaying different content as needed.

A category hierarchy can be created like you mention, with category parents and sub-categories. Categories will have their own pages as soon as created, they will display posts only from the respective category.

Once entered the code will apply always. That solution may not work properly for all pages in all situations. It could work if you were to use it more specifically, by including the page ID in the code so it applies only for specific pages

This is a nice loading speed in my view. The only issue I see is with a failed to load resource

For that particular border there is no specific color setting. The color you set as theme accent will be used

If you don’t want to change the theme accent color just for that border, you could chnage the color with some CSS

The ads will appear in the predefined locations they are supposed to appear. Ad boxes can be placed in the page content or as widgets in sidebars for example, they will allow you to select from the custom ad spots in the theme panel

Most ads will appear in the actual page or post content. There is also a background ad

These would be all the theme capabilities when it comes to ads. There are no floating ads as you mention. Maybe that would be possible with an ad plugin. Search for such plugins and try some of them which have this capability.

The single image sets the image used as background, so depending on image used the results might not be proper on smaller devices. I would suggest you use the inline single image instead. This has a different functionality

You want to change the specific template, not the general loop.php file. Here is an example for the pages using the pagebuilder+ latest articles

You have to use a do_shortcodes function.
There is a case for each sidebar position so you have to place the code inside the main content container for the case you use or each of the cases if needed.

The article ads will appear in all posts, when entered in the theme panel. In the page content use ad boxes where you want ads displayed.
In posts you could use cloud templates as I mentioned above, use templates with ads for some posts, templates with no ads for others.

Or try for example the Adrotate plugin, I believe that has more complex settings for ads, it will offer better control.
