Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you want to achieve. Please notice that we do not recommend using any such a plugin for the menu section because you can easily break the theme’s functionality, sorry! Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins. The only way to know what kind of classes and id’s are using for our menu is to inspect that section with Inspector Browser. If you want to develop our menu section, please notice that you need to do it yourself through the code because it’s not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.

I have inspected two posts from your website and I did not saw any problem regarding on margins. Also, if you have some custom modifications or if you are using some untested plugins which might break the theme’s layout, you need to disable all of them, clear all the caches and check the results.

Maybe that script code is not valid, are there any errors in the browser inspector console when you enter the code and save? What exactly is that code supposed to do? also check with the code provider to see if it’s valid if possible.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such a blank template or empty page, sorry! Another alternative, in this case, would be to create your desired page with all the elements you want and then, for this page, you should create your own custom CSS code to display none for header and footer. So, if you need to make some changes over this section, you need to edit the loop single according to your post template used by you and make the following modification.
