Your menu does highlight. Just the header menu you chose highlights with the blue bottom border. You can chose a different header style from the theme panel that uses a different highlight method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/

If you want further highlighting you can use custom css to get it done:

.sf-menu > .current-menu-item > a, .sf-menu > .current-menu-ancestor > a, .sf-menu > .current-category-ancestor > a, .sf-menu > li > a:hover, .sf-menu > .sfHover > a {
background-color:red;
}

Add the code in the theme panel->custom css

The theme has a various of header styles and you can set “style 10” for example, it has center main menu – http://screencast.com/t/lNpYzGCz2e
If you want to use the default header style(1), you can center the menu via custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css – http://screencast.com/t/ZCRyK2Dv

Hi,

If you use the default header style(1) the header ad appears above the menu on mobile device. If you add more custom ads bellow the menu, they will show up bellow the menu also on mobile.
Regarding 10 ads in the sidebar, the sidebar was designed to be displayed after the post content on mobile device so the ads will appear after the content(more accurate bellow the comment area). On page depends how you create it, for example if you use 1 row and add blocks there like this – http://screencast.com/t/jQtOPTV2xW The Sidebar will appear on mobile after the last block element from 2/3 column(in my case block10).
You can create your page and check it, just resize the browser window to see how it looks on mobile.

You can modify the top menu using custom css. This code changes the minimum height the top menu is going to display, the padding is to align it vertically and font size is font size. (no explanation needed there). You can change these values to your preference, i set them just as an example of how it can be done:

.td-container.td-header-row.td-header-top-menu {
min-height:50px;
padding-top:10px;
font-size: 13px;
}

The theme ad system was designed to work with adsense code, but you cannot add 2 codes in the same spot if this is what you mean.
A solution to have another ad(code) on mobile device will be to paste your code in a custom ad and use do_shortcode function to place it bellow the menu.
