Hi,

Once entered in the theme panel ad spot the ad will be displayed on all pages. Maybe a solution would be to hide it if you are not using Adsense, just for that page. That is possible with a CSS code. I could give you a solution if that is the case and you can provide a link to the page.

Or maybe use the empty page template for the landing page but then the whole header and footer will not be displayed.

For the text color on hover there is no setting indeed. So you want the text to be of that color when the menu item is hovered and active

This code will color the active menu item text and on hover, enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS section and it should work properly

That would be achievable with an ad plugin, not by theme options. There is only one header ad spot, it cannot be different by specific page.
Most users that require more advanced ad settings and options recommend the Adrotate plugin. Some info about it here
