Can’t save any edits in Theme Panel, here’s what I’ve tried thus far…
deleted theme and plugins,
reinstalled with only required plugins
define ( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, true );
Verified system requirement and increased to:
max-execution 90
max_input-vars 2500
mem limit 256
Theme V 10.2 (also tried 10.3)
Apache
PHP Ver 7.2.26

Looks like the plugins aren’t working. Try this:
1 – uninstall the theme
2 – uninstall tagdiv plugins
3- Install the theme
4- activate the theme (it will automatically ask you to activate the new plugins as well).

One bad news and one good news.
A patch was released yesterday but it messed up with the plugins, all TD plugins were deactivated. I had to install the new versions of TD plugins from the patch archive.
My hack was in td-composer plugin ; so I replaced the new file by my old hacked file. But maybe I’m loosing new features or improvements.
Still waiting a valid patch correcting our cache problem.
That was for the bad news.
Then… I noticed in homepage, with TD composer, now I can set in Social Counter block @cadeaumaestro for Instagram ID (with the @ ; instead of cadeaumaestro only) and it retrieved, at last, our number of Instagram followers. (Previously it displayed 0 either with or without the @)
That is the good news with the 10.3 version.

Please make sure that after you make the update to Newspaper v10.3 all the them plugins are installed and activate -> https://i.imgur.com/8wbbW44.png then you should have access to all demos.

I tried to install the 10.3 update by FTP’ing the files over the theme, but it broke the site as it seemed to remove the TagDIV editor, so all pages were plain text.
I have rolled the site back but would like ot know how I should install?

We recommend to make a full backup to your website, I personally recommend to make the update via FTP, delete the old theme and set the new one that you get from themeforest (unzip the package -> https://i.imgur.com/bkYpSnH.png copy the Newspaper.zip in you install and unzip it there -> https://i.imgur.com/NiclkwE.png after that go in Welcome section in WordPress> Newspaper and update the plugins.)

Please deactivate and uninstall/delete the tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://i.imgur.com/NQ2gKm8.png, after that reinstall it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/fnmF0XZ.png after that the preview should work just fine!

I think that your install is not look the same in both places because you overwrite the old theme when you made the update, please try to update it on FTP, delete the old theme and replace with the new one, after that check in the WordPress > Newspaper > Welcome the theme plugins to be updated, this should fix the problem.

I’m testing a demo template: Fashion, but i can’t remove or edit Latest Articles section, Editor picks, POPULAR POSTS.
There weren’t any error while I installed the demo content.
I noticed that the Video section is also missing compared to the demo on your site : https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_fashion/

I just updated the Newspaper theme to the latest version and I got the following bugs:
1- The Animals Pro post header now it’s not stretched to the full page width. (I tried the following steps to fix the issue but these are not working: edit the template snd save it again, assign the template in the theme panel, delete cache)
2- To the logged in users, the WordPress dashboard and Yoast are displayed in the header. ( The solutions I tried out: I have installed the Remove Dashboard Access plugin – the WP dashboard is blocked but the dashboard sign is still displayed. All the “analyze this page” Yoast functions are accessible to any logged in user)

I watched all the help videos. I did all the steps correctly but some things are missing in my theme. missing tabs: activate theme, theme panel, install demos, system status.
I can install all plugins except tagdiv composer.

-I deleted all plugins and reinstalled them but it didn’t. I deleted the theme and installed it again but it didn’t.

Hi. I have made an installation with the newest version of newspaper and tried to move some posts from old installation. This is okay but the featured images are all missing. Post is okay and I have manually copied all the pictures but the features are not working at all.

We’re having a problem moving a single page made in tagDiv Composer from one site to the other.
We have installed Newspaper theme on a test site to fine-tune it and once it’s ready to move it to the production website.
Unfortunately, the move was everything but easy and we haven’t succeded to do it.
We did export and import Newspaper settings using the provided tool in the Theme Panel,
but we couldn’t move a single page.
We’ve tried copying the tagDiv-created page manually through WordPress export/import system but to no avail.
And the same went with database export-import of that particular entry (page).
Once the page is moved, tagDiv Composer says that the page hasn’t been created with it, and we can’t edit it.
So how can we move that (one) page from one site to the other?
Is there some tool we could use?
Please advise.
