Hi there,
I having a problem with your theme panel. If I import demo + all content, I can’t change the logo (Header, Footer, Mobile) in Theme Panel.
Logo only can be change if I use tagdiv composer. Which means, maybe retina logo will not work.
If I import demo only, without content. I can change logo in theme panel with ease.No problem at all.
I afraid, this problem happen not just logo element only, maybe other element face same problem too.
I sure, my newspaper themes installed correctly and all my plugin, wordpress are updated to the latest version.

Please try remove the logo definitely and upload it again. This sounds strange but it should fix the issue.

272×90 was the size that the logo says it should be in theme.

Yes, if you split the row in two then will be two empty column side by side -> https://i.imgur.com/Jd11xPE.png after that you’ll need to enable the sticky logo in develop mode -> https://i.imgur.com/aBXdSAf.jpg and edit it with tagDiv Composer.

In order to display the logo img and text logo, you’ll need to use a cloud header and set two logos ( one for image and the other one for text) -> http://prntscr.com/q5gmpj also you can set it inline like this -> http://prntscr.com/q5gncn
When you upload the image make sure that you set it on full width like this -> http://prntscr.com/q5go87 and if you want you can set the image and text on the same logo, but this will be a little hard to align them -> http://prntscr.com/q5gqgy

Hi, the logo for https://newyorkhispano.net looks terrible. I had the logo designer create in the desired sizes for regular and retina, but it still looks bad, why is that?
While I’ve been able to change the main menus, I can’t seem to find where I can change the sub-menus of the theme. I’m speaking of the red menu that appears below the website’s footer and the menu that appears at the top after the users starts scrolling down.
In addition to not being able to change the pages, I’m also having trouble changing the logos on these menus.

I am trying to get a search form on the opposite side of the logo. When I try to split the column in two it just puts two column ontop of each other.
Also how do I edit the sticky menu?

Changing colors, fonts, logos, etc. from my theme panel doesn’t work. Please help me.
We’ve tried to install each of your Past three (3) Theme Updates, but in each case, we had to reverse course. Our latest effort occurred this morning as we attempted to install Version 10.2. See below.
1) We observed that only when we installed and activated the “Standard Pack” plugin included in their bundle, our website would immediately go down with a “…critical error…” – When we deactivated, the website would again be available.
2) Without the “Standard Pack” plugin, no code (as described) is displayed.
3) Version 10+ changes the display in the front end display as follows:
The website title appears below the header navigation (the title should not display).
The website logo is displayed three times below the header (each of the three same logos on a separate line, one immediately under the other).
The navigation in the header displays as bullet lists.
The font in the header and footer is changed.
The background image for the footer no longer appears.
The setting for Default post template (site-wide) >> DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE gets changed to default (it should be left as is).
Please let us know if you need temporary Admin access, as we’re missing out on your many patches and fixes along with the enhanced functionality included within your last 3 updates. Thank you!

I’m trying to use the SVG logo feature on my header, but it seems that the code you copy/paste in the SVG field, is common to all devices sizes…
As I read, I need to specify the correct size inside the SVG code, so, how do I specify smaller sizes for smaller devices ? (pb on ipad mini portrait)
also the “SVG width” field doesn’t seems to work… ?
and I don’t understand what the SVG space field does… ?

It is the first time I use this theme. I have installed newspaper pro demo. I can’t figure out how to customize 3 things:
– how do I change the black color of the box at the top of the header? (see https://www.webeyes.it/temp/header.png)
– how do I change the image (logo) of the menu that appears inside the page? The logo in the header menu I was able to change it. (see https://www.webeyes.it/temp/MENUandFOOTER.png)
– How do I change the background image in the footer? (see https://www.webeyes.it/temp/MENUandFOOTER.png)

First question: I put at the top right two “pages” (podcast and polemica). Is it correct or I have to put “categories”. I know that is my choice, but I think is not the same with the TD composer.
Second question: If you scrool down until the footer, the logo change name from “Portale Scomodo” (correct name) to “Newspaper”. I dont know how to modify.
