Sorry, but the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add something like this in the main menu. Regarding on logo, notice that you can load any image you want and over it will be applied a link to your homepage. That’s the logo functionality. If is not what you mean, provide more details.

Unfortunately there is no logo size selector in our theme. If you use header styles 9, 10 or 11, they will show the full size logo you upload in so you can control the logo size from the logo image dimensions.

I have made some tested on my website and the sticky logo on Affix works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cNMkUbWqq8 Try to make a new install to another subdomain for testing, update all the required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. I saw that all of your code is minified which can cause some problems with the theme. Use default theme settings and check the results.

The answer for projectdevs, it was this ->> Your logo is cut off because you selected a thumbnail of your logo when uploading it into the theme. Please remove your logo from the theme panel and when adding it again, make sure you select full size from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/3GGvXvaHusr
As for the edge issue, we cannot detect it on our emulations. We do not have any mobile devices that use edge at the moment. What device are you using to test this? Or is it the desktop emulation not an actual device?

I have tested this and indeed it seems that the multi-purpose menus will overlap the logo on smaller devices. I will add this to our bug list and fix it in the next theme update.
In the meantime, please try to use another header style.

Please clear the cache and check again. I believe it is the cache that prevents the changes to be seen. Also make sure when you set the logo, you set it in full size
