and for the retina logo what is the size please ?
Ok, so I change the size of my logo but we cannot see it fully. I don’t know how to do and I don’t understand how to do it
I change my logo in the Theme Panel > Header > Logo & Favicon > Logo upload (I put my logo of 238 x 86px size) and Retina Logo upload ( I put my logo of 476 x 172px size)

After going through your documentation and experimenting I still cannot figure out this:
1. Header ad: How do I move it above the top menu and main menu? I am trying to have first header banner, second top menu (logo would show there too), third the main menu. Also, Where is the background color for top menu defined? Maybe even putting all these into Style 11 (how do you create those extra ones for header)?
2. Where do I edit Blocks or create new version of those Blocks? For example, if I want to change the look of Block 2 or for Block 3 to have 3 news per row instead of 2 or put border around each news etc.? Or for Big Grid change the size of the font?
3. For Video Playlist block can I automate it for the block to pick up videos from my latest video news or I have to manually add the code for each video?
4. How do I create copy of “Newsmag Default” Sidebar as I need few of different looks.
5. Can the total width of the theme for desktop computers increased from current?

Because in Theme pannel I can only put a piece of logo (which is not the good size)

I installed the new upgrade but now I’m getting the mobile menu showing up on top of the main content along with a search bar. Also, my Logo title is showing up but I have a Logo image already in place. And also the block I’m using is now showing up in one column instead of two as before.. Please let me know where I can change this or what code to change.Thanks.

If you want to do these changes, please notice that you will have to use a bit of CSS code to achieve that. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Favicon Upload
The Favicon is an icon associated with a URL that is variously displayed, such as in a browser’s address bar or next to the site name in a bookmark list.
To add a favicon to your website go to Theme Panel > Header and open the Logo & Favicon section, select the favicon file you would like to use and click Upload. Your Favicon must be a .png file.
Recommended size for Favicon image is 16px x 16px.
After finishing the upload click the Save Setting button.
So, I think it’s possible like in HTML5 but how ?

I downloaded the Newspaper Demo and working on this since march/16. Now I saw A Travel Blog Demo and liked some stuff like the Grid and the line (points) to separate the menu and socials logos.

Is there anyway to use this in my actual demo? Or do I have to make another site?
Ideally to have where the ‘S’ in Videos to line up with the YouTube logo above it.

So that it moves away from the logo and also covers the gap where the search icon was.

Hi,
There is no custom implementation. You can use visual composer and place a revolution slider element at the top of the page. The logo position is added by the header style that you use. on the demo we use header style 11.

I’ve followed those instructions, but I still need help with the slider. I’ve created one, but I don’t see instructions on how to insert it directly below the logo on the homepage only. Please provide a link to instructions or assistance in this.

Strange think with theme on my test site.
Using 2 new installation,
on first one installed newspaper with default demo data.
on second one, installed only the theme with no demo data.
First one is perfetct and work on ie, chrome and firefox.
The second one work only with chorme and firefox, with ie looks like if thw Windows is smaller. All widget go on new line, and logo + AD on header do not stay on same line.
I know is difficult for you without see the problem, but do you have alerady receive a problem like mine.

¿How it works the style 4 for the logo?
I want to point out that I’ve tried on both environment (local & real) into a fresh install only with VC plugin installed.
The logo retina is not resized when I use “style 4” for the footer appearance.
I use 168×145 (px) for normal logo and 336×290 (px) for retina.
- if I upload both logos, on the front end, allways appear the big one with his real dimensions 336×290 instead of 168×145
Any advice?

At the moment we have no option to set the new logo as our theme uses font logos. the icon needs to be created and added to our library but at the moment there is no such option. I will add this request to our list for future updates.
