Hi we are using Reel News Pro Template on our website pixelnews.ch but we have a big issue with the mobile view.
– the layout is not the same as showed in the demo – how we can change it?
– the menu bar contains a icon and wrong logo, even with uploading our logo it still remains
– we have a Hero Section in our desktop version which we really need also to be visible on the mobile version
Please advice how we can achieve the same layout for mobile as for desktop (the demo was working properly in your demo/preview)

Hello, they’re thank you for the reply. Yes, I have my header set to global exactly how you explained it. It’s perfect on my pages but soon as I click a post the logo disappears and it shows the newspaper logo instead. I haven’t got the mobile theme activated because it messes my page up and makes it nothing how I want it. So I have it off and I created my mobile pages using the Tagdiv composer and everything is perfect apart from this logo problem when I click on post thank you
Hi Bettina, that seemed to do the trick. I followed a larger troubleshoot not I found on the forum. I deactivated all my plugins, I activated a non-newspaper theme, them i reactivated the Newspaper theme and reactivated all the plugins. Which re-installed the Opt-in builder.
ONE PROBLEM: everything is working fine now, but the URL that my website logo points to has changed to my staging server. I went into Cloud Templates and found the active header and checked and it is pointing to my proper URL, however the logo in the main theme is still pointing to a subfolder with my staging site.
Should be https://regulatorwatch.com
Currently is https://regulatorwatch.com/June24-BK
How do I change this back to it’s original?

Please check if you have set the header to be global from Manager (Website Manager) – Header -> https://i.imgur.com/OX5p6ty.png
Also, for mobile please let me know if you have the mobile theme plugin activated, if yes, and you want to use it, to set the logo you need to go in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme Header -> https://i.imgur.com/Vv4BpE1.png

Hello I have set my website up and everything is going great, but I have a problem. My logo and header are perfect on all my pages, but if I click on a post my logo doesn’t show at the top and I get the standard header with newspaper showing in the logo section. I’m sure there is an easy explanation for this but I’ve been trying for a while now. Thank you 🙂

I have never touched the codes, I am editing the site with tagDiv composer. Everything looks normal on my computer. But when I try to enter from other devices, the headers and logos stay in an irregular and interlocked state.

Thanks for your response. I have tried deleting the logo from the header and use a header template but if I delete the logo, both logos are gone.

Sure, let me explain in details:
My website is translated to Portuguese so I will present the information in English and also in Portuguese so you can locate on the screenshots.
By moving the mouse over the “My Account” link on the top menu we are presented with the following options:
– Dashboard (Minha conta)
– Account Settings (Detalhes da conta)
– Subscriptions (Assinaturas)
– Logout (Sair)
The first option (DASHBOARD/MINHA CONTA) is where I am having problems. It opens a page without any design and I can’t edit it to fix it.
It sends me to a page called website/my-account-downtown_pro/
When I try to edit it with TagDiv Composer, it opens the control panel for the “my account”, but not the page the first link is opening.
If I click on Account Settings, on the left I still have the link for the DASHBOARD/Painel de controle which sends me to the page I can’t edit it.

Your theme has something big missing. This is also part of the many SEO issues of newspaper 11.
Single Image – There is no way to give it a ALT attribute. Its totally missing from this theme for single image. You can only put ALT for LOGO. But no single image

I’ve tried to find a previous post about this problem but to no avail.
I just updated the theme, and now the website logo, social media blocks, and other video and gallery blocks have disappeared, only showing the short codes.
I tried reverting back to previous version and cleared cache etc, but that didn’t fix the problem. The images and logo are still uploaded.

Hello, it seems that since I did uptade the theme, I lost lot of things :
-my logo in header, and in the header styles I do not find any with the logo
-my footer
-all my homepage blocks from wp bakery are gone, and in it they dont exist anymore to create it again
