Hello ,
My name is Selami. I bought a theme from you.
I installed the default demo on the website but when
I view it on my website from Mobile it looks like “Big grid 5” but it should be big grid 3 .
But big grid 3 does not appear on the mobile like teki. Refer to . No Problem when I log into the website via the Normal computer.
But as I said when I was showing the page on mobile, the pages are showing 3 sub-sub-sub. I want it to be like big grid 3.
I set up the Demo theme and didn’t make a change on it.
If you wish you can see for yourself you can give your wordpress username and password of the website.
I’m waiting an answer from you. Help.
Hello !
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that option is not available.
If you are NOT using the mobile theme you can edit your page using the tagDiv Composer and arrange the elements as you wish: https://www.screencast.com/t/2pYwA45L
Thank you !
Hi,
This can be achieve in two ways:
1. Using the mobile theme plugin -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
2. Using a custom css -> http://prntscr.com/pq1tzh
.td-main-sidebar{
display: none!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello !
The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !

Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!

Hello,
When i activate mobile theme i have error
Notice: Undefined index: RQUEST_SCHEME in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td_mobile_theme.php on line 183
Hi,
1. You can use the mobile theme plugin in this way you can have a different content and layout, or you can use the responsive version and flex blocks, these can be set with different layout on each device -> http://prntscr.com/opf5vx -> http://prntscr.com/opf6lf
2. So you can use the banner and set a link on theme like in our example from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ -> http://prntscr.com/pp2hra
3. The sidebars can be add in two ways, one using widgets -> http://prntscr.com/pp2cad or on pages/templates using tagDiv Composer.
4. You can use this custom css to change the description category color -> http://prntscr.com/pp27gx also you can change that text from category like this -> http://prntscr.com/pp29k3 -> http://prntscr.com/pp29k3
5.You can use a licence key for one single product. According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
You can finde the code using our guide for theme activation ->http://prntscr.com/pp2324 -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello !
On mobile theme you cannot use page builders.
You can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you !
Hello,
The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Also using the mobile theme with amp plugin, the amp will have the mobile theme layout, you can check to see if your post/page is amp by setting the “/?amp” at the end of url, you can check more in our documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hi tag div support
After using and setting up your excellent theme for my dads company I’m left with some question.
1: can I change the layout of the mobile menu?
2: About ads: I will wirte later about adsense, since my site has been declined to use adwords. Probably because of some settings or navigation which wasn’t working properly. So until then I have made som quick ads to substitute those google ads. My question about that is..
– i’m strugling with making it ‘linkable’. I’ve been writing som code in your ads sections in the theme panel, but it doesn’t seem to work.
– we have some obitaries which we would like to be ad free but I haven’t had luck to make that happen.
3: Also I would like to ask where I can edit/modify i.e. the sidebars with the ad boxes? I can’t find them.
4: how do I make changges to i.e. the categories templates? I.e i don’t know how to change the text color in the subtitle from black to white and also change the subtitle text there. See example here: https://ccplayers.dk/category/specialtraening/
4: i’m unsure if I have bought 2 licenses of newspaper theme. I’m going to use it for one more site. That’s why. I’m quite sure i’ve bougt to licences but I only find one license in my mails.
I think thats it, for the moment… 🙂
Best wishes
Mark
I have made some pages on my site, and although they appear on desktops, they don’t appear on mobiles and tablets
e.g. :
http://armynow.gr/ipostirixi/
http://armynow.gr/viografiko/
http://armynow.gr/stoxothesia/
http://armynow.gr/theoria-thelisis/
…and many more…
Also, I have another issue:
I have dissapbled AMP plugin and i have selected the “Only mobile” at the theme panel but the site still appears as an AMP
Thanks for your instructions, but I am not using the mobile theme on my website.
I have deleted the AMP plugin.
Will there be any problems for me in the future if I delete the AMP plugin?
Hello !

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Hi,
The option to Enable/Disable the Mobile Theme for individual posts and pages was add only for v9.7.4-> http://prntscr.com/pnvkc2
How to Update the Newspaper Theme for WordPress -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Also the Gutenberg editor can be in conflict with other plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi there,
I would like to redirect “Sign In/ Join” on the top-menu and “Join” on mobile to a custom form so customers don’t go through the WordPress page to register. I tried to change the path on top-menu.php but I failed to locate it. I found an answer from the forums for the same question, and the reply was to go to wp-content/themes/Newspaper/parts/header/top-menu.php but my version doesn’t seem to have ‘parts’ folder. I got the newspaper theme about 3 weeks ago. Could you let me know which php page I should go to set the path and redirect them.
Thank you in advance.
I’ve also verified in “Theme Panel”->”Mobile Theme” I’m not using the mobile version but the AMP version.
Hello guys,
I’m having problems on my website made with the newspaper theme.
Theres sometimes that on desktop view the appearance of my website is the mobile view.
I really don’t know why this happen, I didn’t install no plugin that forces the mobile view on desktop or no plugin that interferes with this theme.
Do this happened with some of you guys?
Please let me know what can be causing this.
Thank You
1. My theme is 9.7.2. Do I need to manually install the latest version? No additional theme updates are available for me.
2. Yes, the mobile theme has been activated.
3. Gutenberg editor doesn’t work for me. Gives me a white screen.
