Hello Escobar,
I have inspected your website on iPad device and the header seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NZc9YtQWQywg Notice that the menu on iPad has not been designed to be in hamburger mode. This menu style is only available on mobile. Please keep in mind that the theme is optimized to work as expected on all devices (desktop/Tablet/iPad/Mobile) and this thing can be verified on our demo here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/ Notice that each additional customization will affect the theme and if it is not right added, might influence the entire theme and the responsiveness. If your problem is still there after clearing your caches, I suggest you making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core file and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
hi! first of all, thank you for creating mobile theme.
I added custom elements on my mobile theme homepage. I just wonder that, is there any way to add custom elements under latest articles?
i read https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ that guide and i see that its not possible…
I just tried my chance..
thanks!
Hello,
The revolution slider element on mobile depends on the plugin implementation. The standard revolution slider can be seen on our theme demos here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_travel/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blog_cars/
The theme does not control how the revolution slider element displays on mobile devices though. The plugin has it’s own implementation.
Thank you!
Hi,
You use the mobile theme plugin on your site so in this case each and every setting you can make for the mobile version is made from the mobile theme section of the theme panel here: https://www.screencast.com/t/okgUYynLYQe
Thank you!
Hi, I still have the default logo of the original child theme in Ipad (“Global medicine”).
although I have the retina logo in 264 x 84px in Header > RETINA LOGO MOBILE (and also have my own logo in all logo fields in header).
I have the header style 12 and I’m not using mobile theme, only the default responsive behavior.
Where can I stylize the Ipad header? because I also have a cut menu. I think on the Ipad the menu should be hamburger menu.
I send a views:

I hope your help, Thank you!

)
what could be the problem?
thanks
Hi,
The top menu is hidden on mobile, please try this code and it should display the menu on mobile devices
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JFTBMiLY
The code must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-top-menu-full,
.td-header-sp-top-menu {
display: block!important;
text-align: center;
}}
Thanks
Hello,
If you use the mobile theme the grid at the top can only be removed by altering the mobile theme code. The solution is not simple though as multiple files need to be altered before removing the grid.
If you do not like the mobile theme layout then it;s simpler to use the standard responsive version of the theme as the mobile theme plugin is not mandatory. It is an optional plugin. The theme is responsive without it.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you can see the changes on the phone, but no on pc, then it is most likely the pc is the cause of your issues. Try it on a different machine. Try a laptop or tablet and see if the changes are there. Our theme does not influence the content you add to your site. It should be visible on all devices one a post is created and published. There is a possibility you sorted the blocks in a different way than on the mobile version. If you use the mobile theme, the most recent posts will always show up as the homepage gets converted to a predefined one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Try to disable the mobile theme if you use it and check to see if the changes take place without it. If you cannot see the post on mobile as well without the mobile theme, then it;s the post sorting of your blocks that most likely cause the issue. This guide should help with the settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
I hope this helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. In the post page there is a section Related posts that displays posts from the same category or tag
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
There is no option to have a Read more feature in the post content, that can redirect to a different post.
2. The theme mobile menu is displayed as a drop-down menu – https://www.screencast.com/t/3bzfMQGsc7aD
You can not make this menu display like the one from the website you mention. This is the menu the theme is using and how it was designed.
3. You can try different plugins with subscription newsletter capabilities for your website. Try and search for these and choose the one you like and you think it’s best.
Thanks
I am not using a mobile theme
Website: beautygeekng.com
Thank you
The theme is showing the same layout
top grid – displays 3 featured posts (posts included in the Featured category)
latest articles – displays the latest articles
I want to remove the top grid. But My page is static what should I do.
Yes you can do that also but the recommended way of using visual composer is this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
This happens because of the mobile theme plugin. It needs you to add a mobile version of your page. If you do not add anything in the mobile theme editor, then nothing will show up. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!

Hello ebhelloworld28,
The CSS method does not work properly anymore so you have to use the alternative implementation. Please follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-7-mega-menu-icons-not-showing-in-mobile-theme/
Thanks.
Hello,
Unfortunately the plugins are activated for all site versions at once. You cannot remove a plugin just for the mobile version from the theme settings. It can be done with a custom implementation like:
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/72491/how-can-i-disable-a-plugin-for-a-mobile-phone
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/165796/deactivate-plugins-only-for-mobile-devices
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
Sir, I want to ask.
1. How to make automatic related post in incline of the post. (Not manually), Like : “read more : bla..Bla..Blaa…”.. And when we click this link, go to another article link of my post in this theme?
2. How to make horizontal scroll menu like in detik.com at mobile view in this theme?…
3. How to make subscription newsletter in this theme?
Hello,
This happens because you use the mobile theme plugin and did not add content to the secondary mobile editor found on pages. Please read this guide to learn about the mobile theme functionality for pages: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
I guess I fix it.
1) I was instal new version of TD mobile theme plugin (1.0 to 1.1)
2) I was dellet ADDTHIS plugin. But I was dellet him before and it dont realy helps. But this time all ok.
But now I have a new quastion: is’t possible to add some new social share buttons for VK.com and OK.ru? Its realy popular sites in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus e.t.c
This is really important, because with addthis plugin I had 350 shares per 72 hours and 100 folovers. And 80% – its VK.com and OK.ru

Hi,
I have inspected your website but I do not see this problem at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5yNc6CuDU
– https://www.screencast.com/t/us20kPFsD
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LDflxvnLt1z
If it is an intermittent problem, and you are using WP Super Cache you can try the solution provided in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-issues-5/
Hopefully this will be fixed in future updates for the caching plugin.
Thanks
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, content for the pages will have to be entered in the Mobile editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gam9IajJmq
The editor is located in the same page edit screen, at the bottom. If you decide not to use the mobile theme, then the same content you have on desktop will be displayed on mobile. More information about the mobile theme and how it works here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hello,
The site field appears on the desktop version as well https://www.screencast.com/t/fLyMLDfYatIu
The website field can be hidden with this css code:
.td-form-url{
display:none;
}
You can add the code in the theme panel->custom css box
For the mobile theme you have to add the code separately in the mobile theme section of the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hello BeautyGeek,
Do you are using the mobile theme? If you are using this, notice that mobile plugin has a different page layout than your desktop version and that’s why you do not bring the latest posts. If you need more assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I see that you have managed to change the post title font – https://www.screencast.com/t/Oa5ebwRfunk
If you are not using the mobile theme you can change the font using the theme settings, and they will display on mobile devices as well. Or you can use the theme advanced custom Css sections and create code based on the different screen sizes – https://www.screencast.com/t/NbtZvusjUSFi
For example if you want to change the post title on phones you could do it like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AarCDWczjB0
If you decide to use the mobile theme plugin, the code must be entered in the mobile theme custom code section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RltTmnsFUx
Here is a guide to help you identify the elements on the page and their classes using the browser inspector, to help you create custom code and make minor customization that would not be available using the theme options at the moment
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks
The address is http://www.ashtreemd.com. Sorry I don’t know how to show mobile screen shots. I’ve deactivated and reactivated plugins, I am using supercache. I want to use the mobile site plug in as the mobile site not the responsive desktop version. Half of my pages will come up as the plug in version and others default back to the reponsive mobile site such as “Is your maple yellowing because of nutrient deficiency” page, and then it also switches back to responsive mobile menu not plug in mobile menu?? I’ve deleted all caches on site and phone (I- phone 5s if it matters)….. have someone coming to help me reinstall theme but was concerned about overwriting changes I had made.
Thanks
