Hi,
Is there an option to add sticky ad for mobile (stick to top or bottom)?
Hello, on the mobile version of our website (mobile not enabled) we have a buggy top menu. I think I just need to hide the top menu thats broken, but I have had no success with css yet.

Hello Sowon,
1,2)Please notice that the default style of mobile menu icon looks like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iJxkvT18 If you want to change this, you should edit the theme core file like this -https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-change-icon-on-mobile-menu/
In general, if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Try inserting this code – https://www.screencast.com/t/qlgEQTvwfCz in the Advanced Css section in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iUZj3aZqWOy
Just move it from that section to the desktop section in advanced Css. This way the code will apply only on desktop where it looks properly. The mobile look will not be affected anymore by this padding.
Then enter the code provided below to remove the padding bottom on the category pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XmgWHSD7
You can enter the code normally, the padding appears only on mobile.
.category .td-category-grid .td_block_wrap {
padding-bottom: 0;
}
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, and I see that you have RTL installed. The theme does not support RTL direction at the moment, some elements will not work properly and problems like this will happen. If you want to customize the theme so it may work and display without problems in this situation, you will have to make changes to multiple elements and classes. The problem that happens with the menu is a direct result of RTL. Please try the code provided below and see if this works for you – https://www.screencast.com/t/11MiKvhTVbjJ
It must be entered in Theme panel->Custom Css section
#td-mobile-nav {
position: fixed;
}
Thanks

Hello there,
I started my website a couple weeks ago (www.raquetc.com) and I was wondering if it’s possible to *not* show a post in the big slider right after the page menu. Sometimes we publish an article that we want to have in the homepage but not in the slider…
First we thought we just had to ignore the “Featured” category, but then we found out that even if we don’t click it, they’ll stay in the slide (browser version) — and that they’re only out of the mobile slider.
Can you please help me? 🙂
Much appreciated,
Gaspar
The site is at https://sainik.io
It works fine for desktop clients – just not from mobile devices
I have responded to the email (tagDiv support <noreply@forum.tagdiv.com>) – with my account details
Thanks to both of you! Are there any examples of sites that achieve good scores? Even the demo has poor Google PageSpeed results:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/the-most-anticipated-charter-flights-in-the-canary-islands/
Google PageSpeed Result:
– Mobile: 51/100
– Desktop: 60/100
If the demo is most highly optimized, that does not give me confidence that we will be able to optimize ours. Hoping to find other examples as well.
Thanks!
Hello
I have activated mobile theme on website http://www.pagalparrot.com and super cache with php serving , but its not loading mobile theme all the time on post pages , it shows the same responsive theme most of the times . What is the issue how can i debugg this issue
How can I change the color of the address bar to the same color as the menu in the mobile theme?
Thanks in advance
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, this does not have the option to set a different font. This was meant to keep the mobile theme as light as possible, by loading predefined fonts. When the mobile theme is not activated the same font from desktop will be displayed.
However there is a solution provided in this topic if you would like to try it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/font-on-mobile-version/
Maybe additional options will be available in future theme updates, but I could not say for sure when this will happen.
Thanks
Hello @sortofrobot,
Try to refresh your page and check the results. Clear all your caches after this. Also, try to remove all the server caches and if you do not have any access to do this, you should consult the hosting provider and request this task.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there. Otherwise, if you do not want to make these changes you should simply disable the mobile theme until the WP Super Cache plugin will be updated.
Hi @eemskrant,
Please keep in mind that the Cache Enabler plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this item, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If you have the mobile theme plugin activated then there will be no changes visible when you modify the respective files. The mobile theme uses it’s own files regarding the logo. Unfortunately the mobile theme does not have support for the child theme. Any modifications will have to be made directly to the file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VBLey0yff1L6
If you want to modify the file you mention, please deactivate the mobile theme and the changes made to it through the child theme, will be visible.
Thanks
Hello Mayapur Voice,
I have inspected your website, especially this post page -> http://mayapurvoice.com/svagatam/mystical-mayapur/ and I have noticed that you are using the Visual Composer for posts, right? Please notice that the mobile theme does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcodes and that’s why the content of this post page are not displayed. You should edit it and leave the default post template behavior if you want to have results on mobile theme. For more information about this plugin, please consult our useful documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ I have checked your entire website and the other posts seem are going well.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
The same shortcodes you are using on Newsmag should work properly on the Newspaper theme as well. The mobile theme has options to display ads in the theme panel, you just have to enter your code in the ad section that you want and they will be displayed on mobile – https://www.screencast.com/t/ji0qbMyrnO5h
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website but I am not getting the result you mention
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oQllSoKbUq
The website is mobile friendly according to the test.
Thanks
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin does not use lightbox feature that you mention. This decision was made to keep the loading speed as low as possible for mobile users. If you need a lighbox for the gallery on the mobile version of the site, then you should disable the mobile theme plugin and use the standard responsive version of the theme. The mobile theme is optional, and was designed to be a slight as possible. Some features are not meant to work when using it. You can simply deactivate it and the theme’s responsive design will adapt to every screen size, and the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile.
More information about the mobile theme here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
You could hide the social icon you don’t want on mobile with some css, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/iQZesG6HT7B
Please try this code and see if it is working for you. Enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-social-pinterest {
display: none!important;
}}
Thanks
