Hi Bogdan,
when do you say to try adrotate plugin and place the adrotate shortcode in the theme panel. Do you mean at the theme panel-> mobile ads to add there the shortcode from adrotate?
Thank you
Hi marius,
You can use a bit of CSS code if you want to hide the login for mobile mode. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-menu-logout{
display:none;
}
Hope this helps!
Hello nano2408,
For more information about our Sort Order you can see at our documentation, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Please notice that the Featured Category is a category that is added automatically by our theme. You populate posts on the mobile theme grid by adding the posts in the “featured” category: http://screencast.com/t/XEpsK8Vd5FqR
Regarding on Editors Pick section fro Footer template style 1, please notice that it is just a simple block 7 which is sorted by Featured Category as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/bxQl9FfbWb2
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Mos Martin,
I have inspected your website on mobile mode and I did not saw any ‘no categories’ there. Please provide a screenshot so I can locate the problem.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Catalin
That link you supplied relates to an Author image on mobile. My issue relates to how to display an Image Caption underneath the Featured Image at the top of a post.
I’ve got the Image Caption and link displaying OK within a post body (using the a href link in the image caption field). But I need to display the same for the Featured Image on a post as per this mock below (see pink arrow)…

Thanks.
Hi
I can’t find where to remove the log in option on the mobile menu. I am sure that I can find a way to log in when necessary, but there is no need for a log in to take up space for my visitors when they have no use of it. Please advice?
Best,
Marius
Hi,
I am unable to link my social media accounts with the buttons that show up in the top bar and in the menu on the mobile site.
I went to theme panel – social networks and added the link to my social media accounts for facebook and insta. However, when i click on the website it keeps opening http://www.mywebsite.com/<whatever i write in the social network box>
Thanks for the help.
Would i really have to replace all of the matches though? I only want the menu to stay as mobile menu until iPad landscape size, and keep all the content as it is.. i know it’s possible to do, was just hoping you could point me in the right direction. What happens when the screen is no longer 767px are you using display: none? or are you changing the visibility to hidden?
Thanks
Hello,
i new about the Mobile Ads. There i put the code from adsense. But at my mobile i cannot see the google ads, instead i can see ads from other affiliate program.
Yesterday i observed at another mobile that the google ads are shown correct.
I don’t understand why at my mobile phone they are not showing. I don’t have ad block, and i think so that if i had, i couldn’t see the affiliate ads too.
Hi guys,
I have some problems with the slider:
-When I define a category filter, the slider disappear from the website
-When I try to define the height (by using extra class to the slider and change height css proprety) the title don’t show correctly and the slider looks weird on mobile device.
You can see it here: http://restaurant.qarth.net/
(I disabled the filter so you can see the both sliders)
Thanks,
Hello Bogdan,
Thank you for reply.
Yes.. I see but I still can’t understand this “Featured sorting thing”. Probably this is same what we see as “first three posts” on “TD mobile Theme plugin”. But how what is this featured sorting thing? I do have a category name called “Featured” but that’s something which I have created. So, it must not be the posts from this category.
Similarly what about “popular sorting” Is is all time popular, or popular for last 7 days ?
Please enlighten me on this. You may write here any tutorial or forum thread link that explains this.
Thanks,
Hello,
The mobile theme plugin indeed is a different theme. Please read this guide to learn about the mobile theme functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Yes, but there is no such reference in our theme. I searched through all the theme files and there is no such code. I cannot provide any solution as i do not know where yoast adds the implementation. The mobile theme was not tested with any of the tested plugins of the main theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please uninstall and delete your current mobile theme plugin and install this one instead:
http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip
This should fix the issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
1. The sorting option for these elements can be seen in the code like so: http://screencast.com/t/Uf8r4ahIF
2. You can disable the footer logo on mobile only using this css:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.footer-logo-wrap, .td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span3{
display:none!important;;
}}
Thank you!
Hello,

Hello ki64qw3,
Please refer to this link here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/small-author-image-on-single-post-when-mobile-theme-on/
Hope this helps!
If is not what you mean, please provide more detail so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hello tollywoodfans,
If you want to change this size, please notice that you should edit the core files where the thumb is created, like td_config_mob.php and td_module_mob_1.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/5DisMjnU -> http://screencast.com/t/PMwnISMzW1KN Please notice that it is possible to break the theme layout on mobile if you want to change the structure of thumb.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your message!
Hello nano2408,
Please try to use the following code and place it in Theme panel to fix it that problem in the mobile version. Please notice that the thumb was set it to be 17 as value and that’s why you do not bring the good results in this.
.avatar-39{
float:left;width:39px;height:39px;border-radius:39px;margin:0 10px 5px 0;
}
header .td-module-meta-info{
height: 40px!important;
}
Thanks for your message!
Hello,
If you use the mobile theme, unfortunately there is no simple way of removing the footer. You can use this css though to do it:
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-mobile-footer-wrap{
display:none;
}}
Thank you!
Hi Bogdan,
yes, it is a function normally implemented on Yoast.
It works on desktop but not on Theme Mobile…
Thanks
Hello dritanleka,
Please keep in mind that our mobile version has a default behaviour which displays on the front page the following elements, like this -> at the top will be displayed a Big Grid will show 3 posts from Featured Category, then will be displayed a text will be added from Mobile editor in Visual Composer and at the bottom of the page will load the latest articles module. Please notice that the Mobile Theme do not recognise the Visual Composer shortcode. This is our new concept in the theme and this plugin has been designed to be very fast than the responsive mobile mode and that’s why it has these restrictions. For more information about our mobile theme, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
So, if you are unhappy with our mobile theme, you simply disable the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.
Thanks for your understanding!
