Hi @riverman!
For your issue we discussed already in this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-layout-4/
Also, verify that you have not mobile templates active on that page and set “No mobile template”.
Let’s continue there!
Thank you!
Hello!
The desktop version is working like in mobile too, which is strange.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please install and configure the WP Super Cache Plugin.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Check please if you have created the mobile page and try to change it there or set up “No mobile template” to appear like in the desktop version.
Let me know about your results!
Thank you!

Hello!
If you have the cloud template header, then you can modify the element by TagDiv Composer on different viewports for tablets and mobiles also.
Please try and let me know about your results!
Thank you!

Hello!
You can apply this setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/H25X1frwdn (No mobile templates) and the mobile version should be displayed like in desktop version.
Also, you could delete it with no any problem, but you can keep it also maybe you will use it later.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The only settings you can find in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme.
Thank you!

Hi
I want to change the menu breakpoint on my site. Some users are saying that when they look at it on a laptop, part of the menu is dropping below into a new line:
https://www.trenchless-works.com/
So I have set the menu font size to reduce from desktop version down to tablet and mobile. But how exactly do I change the breakpoint from the the desktop to the next size down?
My understanding is that I need to change the code here:

..but what do I need to add into the box exactly?
Please let me know
Thanks in advance for your support.
Antonmh
I tried uploading the same size images on the site but still, the images the getting cropped on mobile.
Please check this link on mobile version: https://kacyworld.com/lakme-products/
Now I am using a 1:1 ratio for all my images.
Please check!
Also it would be great if you could tell me an optimal image size to be used which will not get cropped at all on mobile.
After installing the WP Rocket plugin, release the mobile theme. Help
Hello,
I have I think imported a template from the cloud. Most posts are for mobile view same as for desktop, responsive. However, I have one type of post that shows a mobile template, only for this type. How can I delete this template and make that system shows desktop template also on mobile view? When I click in front end on edit with tagdiv composer i see in left corner: single [name] edit title edit mobile template.
I ve checked. There is only for this post a mobile template. Can I just delete it? – without disturbing desktop template?
Many thanks,
Adrian
I had been optimising images. Apart from that they are many other thing which is causing this error.
Have a look here.
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=pressboltnews.com
My website is loading slower in the mobile device.
Do Mobile Theme also be customised?
Are they support Infinite next post option?
Hi,
I think that you are referring that using the mobile devices the content from pages is not there.
This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be use only for amp version.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi, I’ve applied the code and set the opacity to 0 and it looks fantastic. The problem I am facing that the mobile gradient color applied only applies to the sticky menu and not the default one.
I want to apply the gradient color to the default mobile header also.
I want this sticky color to the default one as.
Please look at the pic:
I want this:
On default header:
Also provide me the code to change the icons color to white.
Please look at the pic for further clarification:
Hope your understand my point.
Thanks
Hello
We are having issues with the mobile layout.
We are having different layout for each page.
Me disabled the plugin tagDiv Mobile Theme. But still the layouts change.
We would like to set the default layout for mobile.https://elcolectivo506.com
Hello,
I check your website, and seems you have a color which applies on the mobile menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/pGXAlaqzV9o , the opacity for that color is set to 0 it will look like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lYR4ScqTTOzu
Please check the color for the mobile menu from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors => https://www.screencast.com/t/vybp715Ay2tC
If you want to keep the current mobile sticky layout you can use this custom CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/jAQqPgZBTf
body .td-header-style-10 .td-header-gradient::before {
bottom: -4px;
}
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
You need to change the background on the mobile menu from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile Menu/Mobile Search -> Background Gradient Color => https://www.screencast.com/t/OIMEy7FGI, and select the opacity to the level you want.
For me look like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/ZmKTxSzo.
Hope this helps you!

Hi Guys
Is there any way i can remove the ‘latest Articles’ heading that shows in the mobile theme? I can only see limit posts and offset posts under those settings but nothing about customising/removing completely the heading.
Thanks
