Hi josp, I understand what you are mean, but please notice that the support team can provide only support and no implementation of code. Usually those problems appearing when you are using the responsive version of theme, using the mobile theme plugin you’ll get better results.
Also since now all is around on Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift our developers will try that the coming them updates to have better results in lighthouse.

Using tagDiv Composer, you can select the mobile view post, select the logo and set the with from here -> https://i.imgur.com/ywvpUhP.png if there is still a problem with the td-retina-version in lighthouse, please remove the retina logo, clear all cache and check again, is possible that some setting or options to be understand different on lighthouse.

Hi, While I’m activating the mobile theme then the mobile theme is showing up in the desktop mode after clearing the cache also the issue is not fixed.

The link to subscribe to the newsletter leads to an error 404 page. When I do the Google Page Speed Test the pictures which are used in the related articles in the mobile theme have a wrong size? I have activated all thumbnails for the mobile theme but that doesn’t help. Also there is no change when I activate all possible thumbnails for the newspaper theme. What can I do?

@Calin I saw that the pinterest button stopped working again on the mobile version. I had implemented it in the footer –> widget sidebar edited in design-widgets-individuel html. What is causing this problem again and again?

I have tried to deactivate the featured image for the mobile version in the theme panel (mobile plugin), but the featured images are still shown – there is no change. But why they are loaded for the mobile version in the whole kilobyte size of the desktop version? Isn’t there a way to slim down the featured image for the mobile version?

@Larane I took the code which is offered from Pinterest itself and put in a html under design –> widget –> individual html. In the theme I integrated a widget-sidebar in the footer and that worked.

How can I edit mobile menu, for example how can I add there option log in / log out, or how to add social icons?
I have a problem with the thumbnails in my blog. I have activated all of them and regenerated all sizes which haven’t been used until now, but I always get the information that I should provide images in the right size. There is no change if I create the thumbnails or not. What is causing that problem?
The problem appears only in the mobile version. It seems that WordPress hasn’t the right size for the featured image in the mobile version. For the mobile version the same file sizes like in the desktop version are loaded. The only option that I find is to disable the featured image completely. Isn’t there a way to provide the featured image for the mobile version in an appropriate size? All thumbnail sizes for mobile are activated.

i have a problem after the last update, when i install WP super cache my header menu dont work anymore. and when i uninstall it my mobile design doesn’t work anymore…! I desinstalled the TagDiv mobile and then my header menu on the desktop did not work..! how can I solve the problem ? currently I do not use a cache plugin and the website works on the desktop ,but on the mobile i see menus that I can not delete!!! please help.

So we have updated to a mobile theme a few weeks ago and never really noticed until today, but whenever I click any page on the mobile it does not have any content. Posts and the website is shown accordingly, but if I choose a page, the site is just empty.
Is there anything extra I need to do?

Hi,if you are using the mobile theme plugin, your mobile version will use a different mobile theme and the mobile version will be faster, but you have only few options for editing. For example there will be no sidebars and pages made with builders, those need to be made using the mobile editor more the bottom of each page -> https://i.imgur.com/Qi90hhn.png but the posts will be display, but without sidebar, also there are no extra options to add extra post content, sorry!
