Hello – critical padding fields in tablet and mobile views in Flex Block 3 are blued out and cannot be changed – see the screenshot here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14vW2kNTJ2DANqj8x13MsNNI9i1Vdh3ZL/view?usp=sharing
They are still white in desktop view. The website is https://jazzjournal.co.uk
I have tried changing these parameters on two machines, but they are blue on both.
I’d appreciate urgent reply.
Thanks, Mark Gilbert
And my mobile.
Hi,
If you want to use auto ads for amp, this code need to be set in mobile theme in amp ads -> http://prntscr.com/pt3bmw
Only one code is need to be set in theme panel, the other one is a standard code and is already add in our theme -> http://prntscr.com/pkwtzh also the code need to be set only in AMP ads -> http://prntscr.com/pkwum2
Also you can use regular ad by setting theme in Mobile ads as Vlad S. suggested.
Also if you have some code that need to be set in the head of the theme, you can use this section -> https://i.imgur.com/esHFgSt.png
Hope this will help you!
Happy Easter!
I have also problem with mobile theme. Which Cache are you using? Did you have problem showing images on mobile theme?
Hello, tagDiv forum,
Our Website is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We’ve carried out all the optimizations necessary and followed all the recommendations stated in the documentation. Yet, our site is still slow. Even AMP that’s supposed to be lightweight has a First Contentful Paint (FCP) of 4.5 s and First Input Delay (FID) of 477 ms for mobile.
Google Search Console says all URLs are slow: https://www.naijahomebased.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Movavi-ScreenShot-323-Speed-experimental-search.google.com_.jpg
How do we fix this?
Thanks.
Ok, but AdSense tells me that I have to put a code in the header before the AMP-AD is loaded: Schritt 1: Kopieren Sie das Skript und fügen Sie es zwischen den Tags <head> und </head> auf Ihrer Website ein
Platzieren Sie diesen Code einmalig zwischen den “head”-Tags im HTML-Code Ihrer AMP-Seite. Mit diesem Skript werden die relevanten AMP-Anzeigenbibliotheken geladen. (Place the following code between the head tags in the html-code of your amp-page. With that script the necessary amp-libraries are loaded.)
<script async custom-element=”amp-ad” src=”https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-ad-0.1.js”></script>
Is that piece of code already part of the mobile theme or have I do add it?
Greetings Kathrin

Here results without mobile theme

Mobile theme still broken even with Wp-Rocket off and Cloudflare Off.
Don’t know how to solve that issue.

Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
I am using the Life News demo with Header Template 5 from the cloud library. On mobile I’d like to use the responsive version of the desktop theme (Life News demo) as homepage and on posts pages/templates the mobile theme would be used with amp support. On mobile homepage the theme render the header logo responsively it sizes the logo image flexible to the mobile screen-size, but the mobile theme what I use on mobile post pages showing a fixed size logo image no matter what is the mobile screen-size. How can I set the mobile theme to size the logo image flexible to the mobile screen-size and with the same size the logo is on the mobile homepage?
Thank you,

Hello !
The pages don’t render because you are using The Mobile theme, was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
Hello !
Please note that Whatsapp will not be displayed on desktop devices. It will be displayed only on mobile theme.
Thank you !
Hello !
AMP Ads code must be inserted in Mobile Theme – Mobile ads as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/x4fRGqkj
Thank you !
Hi,
Sorry, was my mistake, I was thinking to mobile logo, sorry gain!
Indeed on all posts where you are using the mobile theme plugin, the favicon is not displaying, because it can not be loaded.
Please make one more try, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
After a closer inspection I note that you are using the responsive version for the mobile version and the mobile theme plugin with amp plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/b1kbTj1.png . In order to solve the problem, you need to set a menu in Theme panel> Mobile theme > Header -> https://i.imgur.com/1RkrYVB.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

I build the new page with tag div composer, it’s perfect on computer, but on mobile is not visibile! Even if it is visibile in the preview of Tag Div. But when I open the page on mobile devices is empty. PLEASE HELP ME
I have the same problem. I build the new page with tag div composer, it’s perfect on computer, but on mobile is not visibile! Even if it is visibile in the preview. But when I open the page on mobile is empty. PLEASE HELP ME
Clarification: When I say mobile theme, I don’t mean the plug in. I’m saying the web site is not showing properly. When I load it on mobile half of my page disappears and it puts a completely different header on it.
I have added AdSense Ads in the desktop and in the mobile version of the blog. But they don’t show up in the AMP-Version of the blog. When I checked the code for AMP Ads Adsense tells me that I should add a special code in the head of the code so that the ads can be loaded. Where should I put that code in the themepanel? Can I put the AMP-Ads in the mobile theme so that they show up in that sections that I want?
Thank you very much!
Greetings Kathrin
Hi Calin,
Can you first open the desktop version (should be no error),then press F12 and go to mobile version, the error I mentioned should appear.
My mobile theme is not showing properly on my Web site – http://www.knoxhardwire.com.
I have tried disabling plug ins one by one and that did not effect it. Ive tried other plug ins and those did not work. I then looked at some Web posts on here that talked about disabling mobile theme plus in and using responsive theme. I tried that and it did not work. I’m getting a little frustrated and need help. It’s a bit beyond me on what to do now.
Thank you.
