Hello – I recently downloaded the mobile plugin and I’ve turned mobile view off on my homepage while I work on it. Since this happened, I’m seeing this view every time I initially load my site on a mobile browser https://www.screencast.com/t/NQw7679fAwaV. When I refresh the browser, it goes to the correct view.https://www.screencast.com/t/bIRyPZbrkbeT. Why would this be happening and how to fix it? If you need to try on mobile browsers the website is https://www.pinkluggageabroad.com.

Hi Calin – The featured image is fine, I was referring to the post that I had set up on the bottom of that page. I was hoping that the mobile site would either automatically pick up and display that post, or if there was a way (besides what you described above) to use the mobile editor to get that post in there. If either would be possible, let me know? Thanks.

I use your code via theme panel -> mobile theme -> custom css, and it doesn’t work for me.

I cleared cache of wp super cache, autoptimize and cloudflare.

Hi,

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you can not disable the “Latest articles”, what you can do is to show the responsive version, or if you want you can disable the mobile theme plugin, if you are not using this plugin, then you can hide this section with custom css like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/a7JGAcF.png
.td-pb-article-list{
display: none;
}

Hope this will help you!

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately for the moment, you can not set the image above the grids, the only way to do that is if you set and image in ad place in mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/Ktup4Vy.png -> https://i.imgur.com/9Phobuv.png but this will be display on each page/posts, what you can do is to hide it fore the rest of website with custom css.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

Please notice that there is no php file only for the author-box amp, the changes that you’ll make will by display on the desktop/mobile version too.
You can edit it in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/OwNK477.png

Hope this will help you!
Thank you!

I have activayted tagdiv and WP amp plugins. But my website is not running as amp pages on mobile screens.
On carrying out an amp test the result is –
Not an AMP page
The URL is not an AMP page, nor does it link to an AMP page.

Not a technical person. Please help. I want my website to use default amp theme available on activating the plugins.

Hi,

From what I can see now, you are using the responsive version, before you had the mobile theme plugin activate -> https://i.imgur.com/7j92ZaN.png and all you’ll need to do it was to activate the thumbs of image in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/eytuK68.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-theme-thumbs/

Thank you!

Hello – I’d like to replicate this page using the mobile editor: https://www.pinkluggageabroad.com/hvar/. I’ve inserted the lead image but for the post, I could screenshot the image on the desktop and paste it in the mobile editor with a link to the post but that seems inefficient. Is there an easier way?

When I create a post can and add a feature image… can I add a different feature image (size wise) for that post?

Ignore the above, I added the link on the add media page. One follow up though – I inserted this html code in order to have an image carousel as an element on the mobile home page. On the desktop homepage each image is clickable to bring someone directly to the post, but when I insert this as html code it’s not clickable and I can’t use the same procedure as I did above because I don’t think I can add this carousel as a media item? Let me know what you think:

[slick-variable-slider design=”prodesign-33″ show_content=”false” show_read_more=”false” dots=”false” autoplay_interval=”600″ speed=”599″ center_width=”100%” limit=”5″ posts=”7531, 7530, 7529, 7528, 7527″]

Hi Calin – actually, I wanted to link it to a specific web address. For example, I’d like to insert an image where if someone touches the image in mobile, it would bring them directly to the post, or to my youtube page. How would I do that?

Hi,

Make sure that when you add the image you set the link to like this https://i.imgur.com/MYlxfw4.png -> https://i.imgur.com/FY8xlCa.jpg then when you’ll ouch the image on mobile you’ll open the image.

Thank you!

Hi,

You can set the images and text in mobile editor, and this will be displayed between the 3 grids and latest articles.

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

So if you want to hide on mobile the footer you can use this custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/IasmrmM.png
.td-footer-wrapper {
display: none;
}

if you want to remove only the post and categories from footer then, you can use this custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/n1R7MUY.png
.td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span4:nth-child(2), .td-footer-wrapper .td-pb-span4:nth-child(3){
display: none;
}

The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> advance css > phones.

Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
