I’m so sorry but I’m confused.
The code between lines 34-38 is actually working? I copied someone’s code from here on the forum to change the font size of the post titles on mobile devices. It’s worked and the font size changed… but the code is not correct?
And what about the code from lines 40-42? That’s definitely not working, I want to hide “More from author”. I need to “close the {} for media” , right? I know… but it seems closed to me.
If I copied the codes and paste them here, Can you possibly make them right and post here so that I can delete the wrong codes and paste the correct ones? Please?

Hey – I’m using a custom cloud library template for my header and would like to disable the sticky menu for desktop and mobile but can’t figure out how to do that. In Header Manager, both are indicated as off, but are still enabled. I’ve tried various combinations of toggling that setting, but nothing changes.

This is not a problem, that is mobile theme plugin, if you want to have the responsive version, just deactivate the mobile them plugin.

The code need to be set in theme panel> Custom code> Advance > css
Also if you want to have more control over header layout on desktop and mobile too, you can use a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library, use tagDiv Composer with header manager to edit it how you want.

That is a custom menu made with custom work, also this can be achieve using the header manager and set on mobile layout a mobile horizontal menu -> http://prntscr.com/pixbg5 also in order to add icons on menu, please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/ you’ll be indicate to have a different menu on mobile.

1. I’m trying to create a row that has 3 or 4 columns laid out horizontally but it keeps on giving me columns that are divided vertically. (Mobile)
2. Also I have a row that is divided into 3 columns and when I make it 4, it give me the additional column underneath my existing column. (Desktop)
3. Somehow a row which includes the mobile menu, logo, and the search icon is gone. I’m trying to recreate it but it seems to appear both on desktop and mobile. Is there a way to not show it on the desktop version?
Would someone be able to help me with these issues?

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Hey – I’ve created a custom header using the Cloud Library Template functionality. Everything is great except I can’t find where to modify the logo for the sticky menu. My header displays the correct logo for all browser sizes, but on the sticky menu (for desktop, tablet and mobile) it displays the default Newspaper text logo instead of the logo I uploaded. Can you tell me where I can change this? Thanks!

I have created new menu items for my navigation bar. Instead of adding a subcategory, now I have added a tag as my submenu item. After doing it, I am not able to click the submenu items from my smartphone. I had to force click to open it in a new tab in order to make it work.
I found your amazing WP theme and my client loves the design. The laptop looks great but we are having problems
with the design of the hamburger menu. I am using the latest version of newspaper on our production site.

I’ve saw the notice that “ If you want to display the same elements on both mobile and desktop, don’t use the mobile theme, the main theme is already capable of this with it’s responsive design for mobiles.”

Hi, I am using Smart List 2 for my post. it is showing correctly on desktop web). This SmartList 2 displays all list items on one page (no previous / next buttons).
However, the post is appearing differently when accessed on mobile. On the mobile it should just 1 item of the post at a time with previous/next button. How should I show the smart list on one page on Mobile.

I’m getting this error from Google and I figure it means I didn’t set up something correctly within the AMP area of newspaper 9. I have the AMP plugin installed as recommended. “The tagDiv Mobile Theme now works best with the AMP plugin to provide a complete solution for your content on mobiles.”

Update!
I managed to fix the search box issue by deactivating the child theme and reactivating the core theme.

I is it not recommended to have a child theme for Newspaper?
Problems that remain:
Logos do not appear, cannot be uploaded / inserted in the Cloud Template headers.
Tests with Elementor suggest that the Mobile Logo works, but the logo on the primary headers doesn’t.
Tagdiv Composer still often hands out error readings.
Often when I edit things, what Tagdiv Composer shows is different from what actually renders.
The rendering of the black background Cloud Template headers (style 3 – 5) is still quite poor when compared to their inherent theme panel versions.
