Hi,

Then you need to edit those files -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/woocommerce/archive-product.php and single-product.php
and for an old version, please check this path wp-content/Newspaper/mobile/woocommerce/archive-product.php

Hope this will help you!

Hello !

Sorry for missunderstanding your issue.

On mobile theme you can only show the normal categories when using the mega-menu. If you use the responsive version then you will have the sub-menus.

WP Rocket should not affect your theme from what we’ve seen on our users.

Thank you !

Hi,

I have inspected the website and noticed what I believe is the problem here.

The menu items are custom links but no links are set to them. So clicking them will do nothing. If they are categories, please add them in the menu as categories
http://prntscr.com/o69wvp

Note that if the categories used to create mega-menus have no posts in them, the mega-menu will display like this – http://prntscr.com/o69yre

Also as a note, mega-menus without sub-categories won’t display any drop-down on mobile
http://prntscr.com/o69znwhttp://prntscr.com/o69zrk
Mega-menus with sub-categories will display a drop-down, with the respective sub-categories – http://prntscr.com/o6a062http://prntscr.com/o6a0ce

The code from above makes the drop-down arrows visible, fixing an issue that appeared in the 9.7.3 update.

If you have more questions let us know.
Thanks

Hi,

I have made some tests with on my website with the latest version of the theme and seems to works all of the header styles, without any problems. On the mobile, you can see the social icons only when you press the toggle mobile menu, before your main menu, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/i2LaDPN0 Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all the CDN files and check the results. It is possible that your caching plugin to be very strong and so you may not see the changes in frontend. After you have checked all of these steps and if the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, very important is to provide there the link of this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Thank you for your understanding!
Best regards!

Hello !

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

I meant that the mobile theme is enabled. And because it is enabled it changes the looks of your page on mobile view. You don’t need to create the page. You can simply copy the content from it and paste it in the Mobile Editor. Please take a look here: https://www.screencast.com/t/2ZdQhsaL9

Hope this was more helpfull !

Thank you !

That may be what is causing the mobile theme issues. You could either experiment with the cache plugin settings, or use the WP super cache plugin. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Hi,

Please try this custom CSS for mobile arrows

.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: block;
}

The result is here –> https://www.screencast.com/t/mZ00jNoM0

By default, the main menu should works as expected on mobile and desktop version if you have set up a mega menu. If is not what you mean, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thank you!

Hello !

Hello !

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.

Also what are you saying can be a cache problem. After you do a change to your page and enter on mobile refresh the page and clear the cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin. Find out more about it: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hope this was helpful !

Hi,

As I said you above, please note that plugin has not been tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our theme, sorry! Try to add the plugin’s shortcodes in the mobile editor from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ars2dwbJw

Also, I have checked your license status and I saw that your support is expired, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YkgYqaftM5S In the future, if you want to have access to our technical support, please extend your license.
Both Newspaper Theme and Newsmag Theme are supported by the tagDiv team accordingly to the ThemeForest Item Support Policy -> https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy. In summary, the Themeforest policy states that once you purchase the theme, you receive a 6 months customer support period with the possibility to extend the support to 12 months if you need further assistance. To post or reply on the forum, you have to be in the premium support period.

Hi,

Unfortunately, for the moment in order to have the lazyload on mobile you need to use the responsive version or to find a plugin for lazyload that is compatible with mobile theme plugin.

There are some new features for mobile theme in coming updates, I think that this can be one of them.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,

@mario118
That would be the theme javascript, which is being loaded from the composer plugin now after the recent updates. Basically most of the theme files are now in the composer plugin, so now they are being loaded from there.
From what I can see there are other resources that are detected by the test
https://www.screencast.com/t/mc7djU27HzE

There is also an image that provided a 404, this could slow the down the website by quite some time – https://www.screencast.com/t/2t9pe16R
Seems to be related to the mobile header, I suggest that you edit the cloud header with the composer and check the backgrounds on the rows, if there is an image there remove it, or set a different one – https://www.screencast.com/t/WL2jvNdBT
The cloud templates don’t have a stylesheet or any files, all their settings are in the composer. Their CSS settings are generated dynamically.

@budditbud
You could begin by checking if the theme requirements are met
https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
Check PHP version, wp-memory etc and if needed make the necessary adjustments where needed.

Thanks

Hi,

If you are using mobile theme plugin theme you can not show the top menu, sorry!
If you are using the responsive mobile version of theme please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/top-barmain-menu-assistance-needed%E2%80%BC%EF%B8%8F/
Also you can use the header manager and build your own top menu , or you can use a header from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it using tagDiv Composer.

In order to have your content of the page in Mobile Theme too you will have to recreate the page content in the Mobile Editor too. You can do that by going to edit the page, at the bottom of the editor you will see the Mobile Editor Tab. You will need to create the content for that too. https://www.screencast.com/t/qThUGLgUOYq

Hi,

Unfortunately, this functionality has been hidden on Mobile devices because of the width of these devices are too short and is useless. If you want to enable this arrow to mobile, please check the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

@media(max-width:767px){
.td-scroll-up-visible{
display:block;
}
}

Thank you!

Hi,

Now the mobile theme seems to display on desktop as well – http://prntscr.com/o5x7a9
These kind of issues are usually caused by caching, the mobile theme plugin may not work or apply properly depending on cache plugin and cache settings used.

We recommend the WP Super cache with this configuration if possible
https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The super cache works properly with he mobile theme. We haven’t tested any other plugins unfortunately.

I see you use the rocket cache, maybe try experimenting with different mobile settings, cloud work – https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-caching

Thanks
