Hi, I’m using Persian wordpress (RTL). When I active theme, Theme has horizontal scroll. What is the problem?
Unfortunately smartlists ignore this setting as each smartlist will create it’s own thumb no matter the medium, small or full sizes selected for images.
Different smart lists provide different results. For example a smarlist 4 will re-size images like so: http://screencast.com/t/NxUntVZq23e or smart list 3: http://screencast.com/t/2l0x7bmo1Uj9
The smart list you want to use simply uses the full image.

The smartlists have no limit set to them. You only need to make the headings a h3 tag or the one you specified for the smart list. Please use this guide and check your headings again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/

If you want to make your main container being wider, also you will have to change the width of the theme and please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
Also, I have noticed that above sites which you gave me, as an example, are supports the RTL mode while out theme do not support this mode, sorry!

1)If you want to make your sidebar from your article post pages to be narrower, this process involves to decrease the width to the sidebar container and we do not recommend this one because the layout of the theme will be broken and for this task is necessary to do some additional customizations and adjustments in code in order to achieve best results and for this is needed custom work and we cannot provide these services at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately our theme does not have support for rtl, sorry. Even if you load the Arabic translations the site will be from left to right.

Unfortunately there is no version of newspaper that supports RTL. There was a version a long time ago but we since then gave up support for it as the theme got m,ore and more complex, the css file size increased dramatically and rtl was removed from the theme options. This was a choice made by the developers.

Unfortunately, I have notice that you are using the theme in RTL mode and it has not been designed to be used in this way because this style it is not supported by the theme, sorry! Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for RTL mode since the theme does not support RTL. If you want to receive support, please switch the theme to the default state (LTR).

i use Smartlist 6 for my articles, on desktop the ads are appearing on the top and bottom. but on mobile ads are appearing only on top 🙁 how to fixe that i want them to appear on the top and bottom.

Please make sure you do not have those particular posts set as a smartlist. smart lists ignore ads. if this is not the problem, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Let us know how it goes.

Using the RTL mode means that lots of elements have to be adjusted and this thing involves custom work and we cannot provide this at the moment!

Your theme is great, I love it, BUT, the description says translation ready, and even includes Hebrew in the supported translation languages, so I was surprised to find out that such a leading and popular theme actually does not include any RTL support.
I’m sure you have you’r priorities but a fairly basic and quick fix that will allow the theme to be used by an extra 1-2 billion (Hebrew, Arabic…) clients might be worthwhile 🙂
I really hope this will be added asap as your theme is unique to the market and the best of it’s kind (newspaper/magazine style).

Unfortunately smart list 5 has no inline ads and they cannot be added without using code. The only smart lists that allow inline ads are smartlist 6, 7 and 8 which have designated spots in the theme panel ads section.

Hello, is it possible (without additional coding) to use top, inline and bottom article ad for Smart List 5?
This style is a long linear list, so it’s visually look like an article. But when I use this smartlist, I can’t get top, inline and bottom article ad to shown.

First we would like to think you for your suggestion, I’ve added it on our list and when the time comes developers will consider it. However this may take some times as we have a long list with feature requests and we have to take them one by one.

Thanks for bringing the new smart lists in the Newmag theme! Really love it! I have one quirk though, once I’ve set a post to be a smart list, the text becomes smaller (as seen here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/6-facts-about-france/)
I want to have the default size for the post body to be applied on the lists’ text. I tried looking at the theme’s panel but couldn’t find the exact setting.
Also, how do I make the Back and Next more prominent?
I still have, on my site, the instagram counter working not propertly, even been updated to the last version of the last 6th JUly. My counter is stack in the same than the first day 898 followers.
I did the ‘cocacola trick’ that you said in the foro to refresh cache but nothing change.

It’s not the standard smartlist 1. It’s the mobile smartlist that is based on smartlist 1. It is a different smartlist created specially for mobile phones for better loading times. Every smartlist will be converted to this type with the mobile theme active.
