@digitial2 The Facebook sharing doesn’t work locally, you have to be online to work. The issue is on post too not only on homepage, i have checked myself, locally it doesn’t work but online it works fine.

You have to move the code for social sharing buttons inside loop-single.php file like this: http://screencast.com/t/Wtzfm7yJ
Then move the tweet, like and g+ buttons code inside the same loop-single.php file like this: http://screencast.com/t/TIX5pK3e

And this CSS in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS:

.post .td-social-like-tweet {
margin-bottom: 15px !important;
}

.td-social-like-tweet ul {
margin-top: 0px;
}

.post header {
margin-bottom: 5px;
}

It can be done via CSS and you add it in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS.

Here is an example:

Then add this custom CSS in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS:
Here I’ve used an icon found on internet but you can try to find a better one if you want or hire a freelancer to draw a custom one for you.

background-image: url('http://iconizer.net/files/InFocus_Social_Media_Icons/orig/stumbleupon.png') !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
