Hi,
That’s probably caused by the caching or the optimization. Depending on which plugin you use, I suggest checking options that optimize the CSS. Try disabling CSS related optimization options from the plugin you are using to see if the issue is solved.
I don’t think I’ve seen such an issue before, so I’m not sure why this happens or what to suggest exactly. It is a bit strange that it’s affecting only the homepage.
I’ll check the page more and if I find something I’ll let you know.

Thank you Simon. I have just sent a screenshot by email to show you what I see:
The text (name of the author) shows on the title of the article (meaning texts both are one under the other).
As I have cleaned the website from the malware and still have this issue, I’m wondering why I see this article page like this.
What’s strange is that it only happens when I select Emma (a newly added author) as an author. If I select other authors, I don’t have this issue. I have already deleted Emma from the user database and we created again her profile, but the issue is still here.

I’m having a strange issue on my website.
If I am the author of an article, then everything is fine no issue (me as admin).
I assign the article to another author: when I click on the article, I see a black page written error 404 .. a friend who tried sees a casino page …
I experiment this issue only since 2 days.. never seen this before.

I can’t confirm it, this is not a known issue. Using Gutenberg works correctly on our side, and I don’t recall seeing similar reports from our users. Does it work correctly if you try using a different theme as a test?

I assume that the error happens when you try to edit the post template with the composer. What if you try editing it like this:

I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide access to the website. Then I can check the grid, let me know what fonts or font settings you want to use and its not working. Also if the other issue with the strange characters is happening somewhere, let me know where.
Since Newspaper 11 when we added major features for woocommerce, there were only minor improvements for combability, also a few useful minor features were added in the matter. In my opinion that can hardly be called focusing. Every update also contains fixes.
And please consider that almost all the features we added in the past were features that our users and out potential users requested. We have to keep in mind what users are looking for in the theme, that’s the main selling point is it not? New purchases and support extensions help us continue developing the theme.

I have a strange problem: when I am browsing my website on mobile, when a page is loading, NEWS12PAPER is displayed for a fraction of a second before my logo is displayed. I configured my logo in theme settings (header for desktop and mobile) and in tagdiv composer.
How can I prevent NEWS12PAPER logo to be displayed when a page is loading?

there is a strange behavior of the homepage only on mobile devices when EventOn FullCal is activated. The content will not load properly and white space is shown when you scroll up and down.
Although EventOn, EventON – Lists and Items, EventON – Event Lists Ext can be activated with no problem.
I disabled all other plugins and the problem is definitely EventOn FullCal with the Template.
What can I do?

I’m experiencing an issue on my WordPress news website where posts are not displayed correctly when opening categories or when using the search function.
Something strange happens with the search feature:
When I start typing a word in the search bar, the live preview/autocomplete shows the correct posts. However, when I press Enter and open the actual search results page, it says that no results were found.
The same issue sometimes happens with category pages, the posts do not appear as expected.

Still good to see image so I can see we’re talking about the same thing. And it looks as if we are. Rather than meddle with the code, I might live with it for a while. But to be clear, is this a WP or theme change? I notice now also that Post Settings once again appears at the bottom of the editor on scrolling, which I like. I didn’t like having to deal with a separate panel for this, which made the page vertically cramped. It’s strange how WP moves forward and reverts simultaneously.

In the first instance, can you confirm whether the template works for you on a cloud template?
Ideally I’d like to get it working without having to inject additional code. Very strange that it works fine on other cloud templates, just not category cloud templates.
Yeah it’s so strange. The modal option is there, and seems to work everywhere apart from category cloud templates.
My updated work is still in dev but I’ll see if I can push it live sooner for you to take a look at. In the meantime, can you try importing the gallery template (https://cloud.tagdiv.com/photo-gallery-spa-heaven/) into a category cloud template, to see if it works for you?
**solved** by giving the tag Mexico its own template that wasn’t global. Still was strange though…
Up to this point I haven’t been able to resolve it. Could you provide feedback on this error and how we should resolve it? The 404 errors are only increasing with addressing failures. Very strange. Awaiting your response.
