We have a license for the Newspaper theme. We recently moved our domain to a new one and we need to update the theme.
When I go to “My license” I’m seeing the following message:
“To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2023-03-13 23:32:48 UTC + 02:00. If you encounter issues, please get in touch with us at contact@tagdiv.com.”
So, I don’t understand why “anytime after 2023-03-13 23:32:48 UTC + 02:00” and I can’t unassign the domains that we don’t use to change it to the one we do use.
I’d appreciate your help resolving this.

Yes, this is the latest theme version.
Normally when the theme is updated, the old version is replaced by the new one, there is no separate installation or overwrite.
If Newsmag v5.2.3 is selected you can delete the other versions of the theme, it will not affect the site.

To anyone doing the same, please check that all the previous plugins are installed and activated after the update. The tagDiv Standard plugin was not reactivated. This keeps happening and it’s so annoying!

I already did that. Initially, the plugin got deleted after updating to the latest version then we reinstalled it again as you mentioned. The plugin worked for some time and automatically deactivated without prior warning or anything. We noticed it after getting the error in the front end. How it is possible? How did the plugin got deactivated automatically? Is there any issue with the newly updated theme?
Also didn’t hear back from you regarding the style issue that we mentioned.

I’ve noticed a few times after major updates that documentation or blog description is missing.
There is nothing on the blog about the update to version 12 to this day :/
We have updated our theme (newspaper 12.1.1) to the latest version of the theme (newspaper 12.3). After updating there are some style issues in the side widgets and some blocks. The issue is based on the constant and we can fix it by adding custom CSS, but before that, we didn’t have any issue like that. So is there any proper fix to solve this style issue?
Also, the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is automatically deactivated after updating the theme. However, I activated it again. Why that plugin is automatically deactivated?

If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.
Please make a full backup to all files and database => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAJXrSI-dDA
Here you can find information about the changes that have occurred in each update over time https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

I just purchased the latest Newspaper theme tonight and tried installing it with current 10.2
It would not accept the WordPress direct zip file. It said there were no plugins there.
So I uploaded the Tag Div plugins individually from the larger zip file. It would only accept 2 plugins. I did not install the NEWSLETTER zip file first, and it wouldn’t accept it.
It did accept Tag Div Composer and Tag Div Library. However, tag div is still not working, it freezes.
Can you please provide me instructions how to update the latest from my version. It does not give me the option on my website.

I’ve just updated to the latest version and as a result the following error is appearing on the backend:

i never modified the theme files and i don’t even know how to do that.
i only updated the theme and wordpress version.
i even tried to reinstall the theme and still the same that error issue still appear
After the update I have a big white gap in the flexblock between the displayed articles in the block. I have 6 articles displayed in two rows. After the first row comes the gap and only the last article is still in this column, the first two have slipped down.(see here: https://postimg.cc/bsm9yRtz)

I just updated to NP 12.3 (from 12.1) and WP 6.11 and this gallery issue is still there. Lightbox option is off so that didn’t solve the problem. It’s on both desktop and mobile.

Is there any Theme Hook I can use to place the content – either after the main menu or before the TITLE output?
