I just purchased the latest Newspaper theme tonight and tried installing it with current 10.2
It would not accept the WordPress direct zip file. It said there were no plugins there.
So I uploaded the Tag Div plugins individually from the larger zip file. It would only accept 2 plugins. I did not install the NEWSLETTER zip file first, and it wouldn’t accept it.
It did accept Tag Div Composer and Tag Div Library. However, tag div is still not working, it freezes.
Can you please provide me instructions how to update the latest from my version. It does not give me the option on my website.

If you want to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from Theme Forest account and download it.

I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

I did purchase the latest version from Theme Forest yesterday and downloaded it and as I said, tried to install it and it did not work.
I tried updating it manually and did install 2 Tag Div plugins.
I tried updating the Newspaper theme and it would not work.
I would really like to get someone to do this for me that knows how to do this.
Is there someone there who I could get to do it ? I don’t have a lot of time to do this and want to be sure its done properly and gets done right away.
