Just updated to 10.4. Please look at the the “Related JJ articles” and “More by this author” blocks at the bottom of this post – https://jazzjournal.co.uk/2021/03/13/news-from-jazz-journal/

“Related items” have the wrong font and “More by” is well broken.

Can you fix or what do I need to do?

Thanks
Mark Gilbert

Loading tagDiv composer for this page I get the message:

“DID YOU DISABLE ANY TAGDIV PLUGINS? We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!”

I didn’t disable anything, just updated through the theme.

The elements in question are Single Related Posts and Single More From Author and neither of these exist anymore in the “Single post shortcodes” list.

What goes in place?

To avoid the bad look I have temporarily changed this post to Style 1 from panel. But I would prefer to be able to use a cloud template in this case, though I otherwise avoid them for reliability and paywall functionality.

I tried Single Post Smartlist in case this substitutes for missing elements but when I drag it over it will not stick or load into the column.

Here is another less visible post using a cloud template with Single Related Posts and Single More From Author in place so you can see the problem:

Further, I see the problem varies with browser. Safari shows “More from this author” completely broken as here – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lYG9zDyZFLi0p_85nIhkHlTN_Sl70zw9/view?usp=sharing but Firefox and Chrome show “More from this author” ok.

However, the article title font is wrong in all cases.

Hello,

From what you said, I understand that you managed to solve your problem, right?

Thank you!
