Hi Team,
I hope you are all well.
All the pages I have on the website, except for the home page result in 404 Error.
Also, I would like to add some new pages to the website, but it gives me the following issues.
1- When I want to add content to it via tagDiv editor it is not adding the content.
2- The published page, even if a blank one, it gives the following error:
“Sorry, this page doesn’t exist. Please check the URL or go back a page.
404 Error. Page Not Found. ” (See example at this link: https://vanlifemagazine.co/subscribe-to-our-newsletter/ )
I am using Newsletter, Animal Pro theme.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Francesco
Hi,
Usually these kind of problems are made by untested plugins. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Let me know the results!
Thank you
Hi Calin,
I have deactivated all the plugins, and now some posts and pages are back but not all of them.
Also, I have made all the settings as you suggested.
What else do you suggest?
Thanks,
Francesco
