When attempting to edit the theme on the front end after clicking the edit with TagDiv composer button I get the following error:

502 (Bad Gateway) Error
Something’s gone wrong, but it’s likely temporary.
Try refreshing the page, but it’d be best to try back later.
This page error has the following parameters:
clientIP – ::ffff:162.233.109.98
gatewayHostname – starkgate-a02.cloud.iad2.gdg
originDomain – goodtimeskeywest.com
resolvedOriginDomain – goodtimeskeywest.com

Purchased the premium version of the theme thinking it would resolve the problem and NOTHING. Everything is up to date PHP is current version, memory limit in WP in increased. Never had this issue with a WP theme before I am unable to do or edit anything on the site at the moment.

Hi,
The 502 (Bad Gateway) is normal a server problem -> https://www.allconnect.com/blog/502-bad-gateway-error-explained -> https://kinsta.com/blog/502-bad-gateway/
Also make sure that all them requirements are at least as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Hope this will help!
Thank you!

Requirements are met and exceeded in some areas. I’ve checked with my hosting provider and all is also working correctly. Could it be anything with the theme files that can be repaired?

I should add that the site works fine. WP back end works fine I can change and edit plugins and all other aspects no problem. This 502 error only happens when I click edit page or Edit with TD Composer.

Hi,
What I can suggest is to delete the theme and theme plugins and install theme again, make sure that the requirements are still set as in our guide and check the results.
If the problem still persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.
Thank you!
