a block at the bottom right is pulling through entire site slowing it

I’ve notice that a bottom right bloack is showing up on all my pages and I dont how to remove it, if anyone can help.

Hi,

I think that this block is in footer section, if so then are 2 cases:
1. If you have a standard footer you need to change the footer template in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/K16Gkbj.png
2. If the footer is a cloud template you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit it.
