Can I use externan plugin to do the same ?. How can I integrate into tagdiv composer ?

Unfortunately we have not tested any plugins for this job. You can try and see wich one fits your needs but make sure not to cause plugin conflicts. And also take note that we cannot offer support for untested plugins due to our support policy: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
