I’m not sure what happened but my account login and creation is broken on my site (tbootp.com). On the home page if I select Sign Up / Login it pops up a new login modal, to sign up from that modal it asks to enter my email and username and says it will send a password, but it only sends an email with a link to create a password.
If I select Sign Up in the comments section of a post it launches:
https://tbootp.com/login-register-towntalk_pro/?signup
When I try to use the above form to create an account it spits an error saying: User registration is disabled on this website.
Hello!
The Town Talk uses the Opt-in builder login and the Page account shortcode.
Check this guide to see how you can activate the User registration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/
Thank you!
Several Issues, in the account creation process that I’m brought to from the login/signup in the header it generates and sends an email. When I click the link in the email to create a password it brings me to a window to create my password (this seems to be the previous experience I had). After I create my password it asks me to login again and when I log in nothing happens. If I go back to the home page it shows me as not logged in and when I try to log in (via the new experience) it says no account is found.
I tried to install WP User Manager, but it failed so I uninstalled it, could this have caused the issue?

Hello!
You can use any other plugin, but please take care of any future plugin conflicts.
You can delete the login shortcodes.
Check this topic for other workaround: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-link-on-theme-header-login-to-something-custom/
Thank you!
