Activating theme – register to support centre – make optional

Hello,
When activating the theme, registration for the support centre should be optional.
We get this message: “Current username is already used, try another one”
We already have an account, and we have 7+ licenses for this theme for different websites we have. We only want to use one username and one email for support, since it applies to all websites with this theme.
It doesn’t make sense for us to create new accounts with new emails for each new theme we activate, as we are still the same organization.
The documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ does not have any workaround.
Is there a way to activate the theme with pre-existing email/account?
