I’m fully satisfyied of newspaper but I’ve changed my domain name recently from saint-epondyle.net to cosmo-orbus.net and from there my website knows several dysfunctions :
– Activation code disapears, forcing me to re-paste here in theme panel and destroying the look and feel.
– Theme settings disapearing too ; forcing me to re-importe my saved theme settings.
The phenomenon is recurring every weeks, sometimes drom a day to another !
Please could you help ?

1. What you can do for the activation code is to reset it in system status -> https://imgur.com/FcSzuAu and then set the licence key.
2. Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

I’m so sorry all went down meanwhile I reseted the activation key some weeks ago. 🙁
I just re-impport and re-activate all settings but I don’t know what to do !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
